Best Marvel comic for me this week was X-Men Legacy. Amidst this stupid AvX crossover it was a nice one and done story with Frenzy visiting Africa.
ASM Ends of the Earth finale was cool but I dunno. I think Spider-Island had a stronger finish.
Not much to say about Spider-Men yet but it’s always cool to read Bendis writing 616 Spider-Man.

Finished reading Battle Scars thanks to the TPB that came out last week and really enjoyed it. Even though it was a forced story it didn’t feel forced at all. Good stuff.

Im reading threw the whole run of new mutants i picked up a while back,i forgot how corny shit was in the 80z and early 90z
I just snagged a couple of issues of those '80s New Mutants from a 50 cent bin over the weekend. I think I got issues 18 and 20, which were part of the Demon Bear story. Claremont’s dialogue is definitely hokey and I’ve got no particular love for his work. That said, these are probably some of the better comics I’ve seen from Claremont, thanks to Sienkiewicz’s truly amazing artwork. His bear is just badass.
the new mutants i think i have 1-100 on #34…dig danny moonstar and magma and majik…karma was turned into a fat beast … after reading this older new mutants im amzed cannon ball , sunspot or what ever his name is are still around…there was a part were they fought, then teamed up with a traveling trick motocross gang, it was special…it is getting good now tho
Yes the bear story with danny was the highlight of the first 20…that was really good

Props to Avenging Spider-Man, Wolverine and New Avengers too. Uncanny X-Men was creepy… Still overall not a bad Marvel week.

Am I the only one who enjoyed AvX #6? I was surprised enough that I am currently getting ready to read all the tie ins up to this date.
I was surprised on like the 4th page or so. Even though I knew it was coipel who was doing the drawing, I forgot the significance of that, aka Iron Man LOOKS like Iron Man lol. I’m actually curious where they’re going with the story now.
