Well it is a good thing for me that i picked up the prior last few issues of Thor during the disassembled saga.
i just skimmed thru OMD4 and all i gotta say is fuck quesada
If you guys hadn’t heard, with Marvel’s new online comic buying system taking effect, they have shut down the company that was doing the Marvel DVD roms so they are no longer being made. The last two sets were House of M and Civil War. For the price these things cant be beat. Complete runs of comic series, well over 500 issues in most sets. I’m not much of a fan of reading a comic off a computer screen but the reference material worth alone justifies the purchase, plus this stuff is now oop and will probably become sought after very shortly. I picked up the FF/Silver Surfer set which has all 500+ FF issues from the 60s - 2006 and all 185 Silver Surfer issues; the Amazing Spider-Man set which has ASM 1-500; and the Iron Man set which has all of the Iron Mans. These are scans so they come with all of the ads and letters pages, etc. You can get most of them for 30 bucks a pop at amazon or other sellers.

Good looking out for us, P.Gabby. The FF/Silver Surfer sounds mighty tempting. It’s 50 bucks on Amazon - more expensive than the other ones. You think it’s worth snapping up now while it’s still available, or is it cheaper elsewhere?

No, house of M and Civil War are cheaper. I’m not sure about HoM but I know they managed to collect 200 issues for the civil war set
I love my Spider-Man DVD-Rom! :lovin: I read about an issue a week, I’m up to issue 24 now from 1965. Only about 40 more years to go. 
In the last issue of Annihilation Conquest, can someone tell me what was up with Adam Warlock doing fake shoryukens in the book? Man I knew Marvel read SRK. 
As much as I liked Civil War(liked it better than WWHulk and that terrible piece o’ $h** called inf crisis), I really am not a fan of the premise of superheroes being divided by two… for me (at least) that’s when it stops being a super hero comic book and turns into one big conspiracy, nightwing of SSTA said it best, it raises too many questions, more morality/legality gobbledygook that IMO makes the Marvel Universe of today look even more Unrealistic than the Marvel of the 70’s to early 90’s that I loved before do.
It’s kinda ironic that I hated the Ultimate Universe before but I actual;ly find it more “fun” now (except for the Ultimate Galactus storyline) it doesn’;t have the 616 Baggage, and even Ultimate FF (my favourite of the series) is coming up with some stuff I haven’t seen in regular FF.
I really wish they could make the notion of Spidey’s ID public disapear, I hate it, have the LT or something delete it from public minds like what they did the Flash, but this simply tears down what’s little left of Peter and Spider-man’s distinctiveness and I do not see many story opportunities for this one.
