I’ll keep a look out then. I think I like Sana’s X-23 work more than Joe Mad’s stuff and that’s a lot coming from me.

Uncanny X-Force 19.1 - Ha ha Age of Apocalypse Orange Hulk returns! Big up to Capcom lazy ass color swaps of the past lol! Last time he showed up he was called Orange Hulk, but it seems like he’s calling himself Solar Hulk now.
Uncanny X-Men #4 - A good one and done story. Greg Land draws next month’s issue so I’m out. Gillen writes X-Men better than Fraction did, but Aaron’s still doing a better job than both on Wolverine and the X-Men.
Defenders #2 - Good lord please stop with those yellow caption boxes during a long fight scene. I don’t even know or care who is talking half of the time. On the plus side I really liked the interaction between Doctor Strange and Red She-Hulk. I think I’m out once this story arc ends though.
X-23 #20 - Looks like poor Marjorie Liu has to lay track for X-23 joining Avengers Academy. This seems editorially mandated as hell. She did the best she could with what she had to do, but geez this seems really forced.
Avengers Annual - Well a conclusion to the Wonder Man acting crazy story. Good stupid fun I guess but really forgettable.
So so Marvel week for me. I guess my favorite read was Uncanny X-Men. In before Greg Land! 
Oooh an Avenvers / X-Men ‘vs.’ series just for beatdowns! The first issue will have Magneto vs. Iron Man and Thing vs. Namor! Hmm considering just buying this series instead of the main one. No witty conversations here, everyone just gets punched in the face I hope word! :lovin:
I personally liked Punisher #7 this week.
Comic book stores will have Avengers vs. X-Men launch parties one day before the first issue drops. The stores have to pick a side. If they choose the Avengers, they get Avengers goodies. If they choose the X-Men, they get X-Men goodies. So forget about which side are you on. WHICH SIDE IS YOUR LCS ON? :wonder:

Disney XD will have a Marvel Universe animation block starting on Sunday, April 1st. Ultimate Spider-Man will premiere and join Avengers EMH (who will presumably start their second season on April 1st too).

The artwork is really good so a purchase of at least the first issue is worth it just for that so you can see if you like it or not.
I liked it. It was like a darker Spider-Man and you get to see Kaine mess up a rescue in a way that Spider-Man never would, so he’s learning the ropes.
With that said, I don’t think I’ll follow it. I don’t really need a darker Spider-Man. Regular Spider-Man’s fine just the way he is to me.
I didn’t care much for Gage on X-Men Legacy. It read like Wolverine and the X-Men lite. Not sure why I’d read that when I can just go read Wolverine and the X-Men. It’s nothing like Carey’s book and he advanced a plot point that Carey was slowly developing way too fast. I guess he did it in a logical way, but too quick. Not a horrible comic, but just not for me.
I don’t care for Mark Waid’s take on Spider-Man during BND and I still don’t care for it. But I’m sure Slott needs a little break so I didn’t interupt my ASM run.
On the plus side I really liked New Avengers. Spider-Man quoting Bugs Bunny was too good! :lol:
And Wolverine and the X-Men, once again… DAMN! I LOOOOVE this book! :lovin:

Funny that both Kitty Pride and Buffy turn out to be pregnant in the same week. It’s even more funny because Kitty Pryde is one of Joss Whedon’s favorite X characters. Assuming both are really pregnant of course 'cuz you never know I guess.

Hmm Scarlet Spider #1 was OK, let’s see where this one’s headed.
Carnage #2 wasn’t bad either IMO.
…but the latest Amazing issue was great, glad to see Mark Waid writing it, and the art was BEAUTIFUL IMO. Black Cat was great in it too. I didn’t know she had ‘bad luck powers’ lol.

Im really hoping AVX will be THAT title of 2012…I can dream right? Im actually more hype with Uncanny X-force then alot of other Marvel titles. I talk about it in our show.
