It’s the usual Marvel “We’ll explain it later” rationale. I’m not sure we can tell when it happens until the Infinity Gems thing becomes clear. A guess would be prior to the Illuminati getting the Gems and before Champion of the Universe getting the Power Gem in She-Hulk for a bit. I suppose it can happen after Titania gets the Power Gem too in She-Hulk and loses it. So long as it ends with Adam Warlock, Pip, etc. getting the Gems back then I thiiiiink things will be fine. All will be clear by the last issue, or things won’t be clear I guess. Marvel’s been like that the last few years.
Though yeah it’s just a book for shits and giggles really. I don’t think continuity / where / when it fits matters that much when you have Ms. Lion hanging out with Devil Dinosaur.

They’re the writers for some of the recent cosmic Marvel series. They have written other comics before, but I personally like their current work in Marvel, so I don’t know much about their previous work.

So I’m getting back into reading comics, and I’m a pretty big X-Men fan, so I’m thinking of subscribing to Cable and Uncanny X-Men. Are these good choices for someone getting back into the fold or no?
Uncanny X-Men is nothing special. Myself I’m only messing with the current arc solely because of Spiral and Psylocke. Get X-Men Legacy instead because Mike Carey is much better at writing X-Men than Fraction is.
Yeah, I read something that Ultimate Spiderman is going to get axed. That’s the only marvel comic I read regularly. That’s ridiculous. Fucking assholes.
All they’re doing is relaunching the title as Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man.
Bendis is still on the title, with David LaFuente on art.
Stuart Immonen is going to New Avengers.
They’re also launching Ultimate Comics: Avengers with Mark Millar.
Ultimate Logan vs. Hulk #6 was a bad ending Oh well I enjoyed the first 5 issues, though it could’ve gone with some more action.

X-Men 224 was pretty good though, I take it this is the first development for Rogue in like…20 years?
New Avengers - Bendis’ Hellstrom has me cracking up! I expected Brother Vodoo to play a part in the quest for the new Sorceror Supreme but I was surprised that Spiral was a candidate too. :lovin:
