Generation M and the Frontline books aren’t nearly as bad as Tom Judge. My friend bought the TRADE, BABY for two dollars in a bargain bin at a convention (and it was still in like-new condition) and I felt ripped off after reading his copy.
If Crain’s X-Force art is so dark, then why doesn’t anyone tell him to check his levels? You’d think after one or two published issues someone would raise a fuss about it. It’s hard for me to believe that he’s just being a lazy bum with his technique. He just seems like too much of a pro to not give a damn about how it looks on paper. It’s supposed to be a series with a darker tone, and that’s what he’s doing.
What’s next? Are we gonna bash on Jae Lee for using too many black shadows?
Clayton’s art was fine with me didn’t have any difficulty distinguishing the stuff in it.

Why not call it “The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. Well, we’re not evil, per se, but our intentions are hardly the best? Think of us as the ‘Not-So-Good X-Men’”. That’s a team name I can really stand behind.
Now, as far as regretting Daiken existing… I have regreted the choice to make Emma Frost a Mainstay in the X-Men since day one. It was kinda neat to see Cyclops mind fuck her and then have Jean Grey walk in, but now it’s just pathetic. We all know he only likes her because sometimes she dresses up like Jean.
Cyclops isn’t a boring douchebag anymore, so he needs a woman he also not a boring uppity girl scout; thus Emma is here.
The X-Men needed a douche bag. Now all they have is a poorly conceived and written Bishop…
