The store I go to has the variant for that much (only sold online) and right next to it is the regular cover at cover price.
In-store, there’s a sign up sheet for the 2nd printing Obama cover for 3.49 at the register.

Hulk vs Wolverine, Hulk vs Thor and I think a new Avengers production is in the mix. Also for previously released stuff, I hear The Next Avengers was ok.

I think you could sell the 9/11 issue of Amazing for around 15-20 U.S. bucks. That seems about the average price on finished eBay auctions. Unless you have an amazing CGC version preserved in adamantium. Then you might be able to get around $50 American, which is probably not very much in Canadian money.
I would expect the timeless, incredible, mesmerizing, indelible ORIGIN story of Canada’s premier superheroes would be a hotter seller than any American-centric comic for your countrymen, Clinty. Have it but comics from this generation really don’t go up in value anymore. If you want to sell it now’s the time. 20 years from now you’ll be lucky to get 30 dollars for it. I could be wrong though. Right now you can get 100 or more easy.
