Shiki Iām pretty sure Larry changed that XI rule. Arcade mode, standard arcade rules, Vanessa infinite allowed, Oswald unblockable banned, no Shion/Magaki.
Return of Shiki: Uh Classic mode was always allowed in A3 tournaments, (as No-ism), but the other special isms, like mazi and lism were banned from tourneys because of 99% throws from Karin + Vega and 50% on tech.

I thought the KOF XI rules wouldāve been changed back already, and Iām not even playing Alpha 3 so Iām not complaining or anythingā¦just seemed surprising.
I could understand if CvS2 needed to be on DC if it was run on the same day as 3S and people needed the PS2sā¦but, itās not.
In fact, NONE of the games running on Sunday besides on CvS2 are going to run on American PS2s, are they?

So why not put the American PS2s to use?
cvs2 on ps2 has been pretty standard now for over a year. there is a slight difference in timing from dc to ps2. it will fuck with you for a bit. y the xbox version is being broungt up is beyond me.
