What console? It’d be best if you got that shit on a laptop or something. Cause the kof games got weak controls on the consoles, except for the Dream Match one on Dreamcast. Everything else is pretty unreliable.
I play on stick though, so do you have converters to play on the proper systems?
As for Neowave if it’s on ps2 i’ll play you in that. The only kof games i’ve touched were 98 and 2002, you DEFININTLY won’t be disappointed in playing me in 2002 especially. But as far as Neowave, it’s close to 2002 anyway so I’d fair ok in it.

I really like NeoWave so if anyone’s gonna have that set up I’ll play casuals in it (granted I’m not stuck playing 3S and Accent Core/Slash all day). Good game but seems people prefer 2k2 over it. I really like the guard cancel and the old style gameplay. Haven’t played much 2k2 but I guess I might as well get into it. I may even pick up NGBC. My bro’s starting to get back into it and after looking at it…it’s not all that bad. Seems a lot of the characters are useable and the game is pretty hectic (but not overly). 1 round matches are always cool.
NeoWave is actually gonna be a tournament DevilJin and Slide. It will either happen before NGBC/XI or after one or another. We will certainly have some casuals setup for the game before the tournament.
For all rules etc for the four Main SNK games (NeoWave, KOFXI, NGBC, SST) I will be running at FRX see here-

Yeah I agree more like 2k2 for whatever reason. 
-Maybe they want their K9999
-Maybe they want their high damage.
-Maybe they dont like the fact that many things lose priority in the game.
-Maybe they dont want their characters changed up in NeoWave.
-Maybe they want their BC Activation system intact.
Maybe its all of these but I feel it is my job to convert many 2k2 players into the 2002#R version-NeoWave. I’m an avid player of NeoWave and use to be diehard 2002, but I love NeoWave more and appreciate all the subtle differences of the upgrade so I’m more of a player of that however I can still get down on some 2k2. A laptop would be best Slide for some 2002 matches.
