I have a friend who is a doctor in Manhattan and she says people never realize that your asshole is actually a vacuum seal. If you don’t prepare something to be removed (in her case it’s many phallic-shaped vegetables, wtf?) and you push it in too far you’ll not get it out without a hospital’s help.
