Either the man’s gonna say “but he came onto me!” or “I was training it to be an attack dog and it just happened to jump me while I was getting out of the shower.” I can’t even imagine who would want to prosecute this case. Just give him a fine and register him as a sex offender and call it a day.
Me too. It was bad enough when I thought the man had stolen food from the dog. It got worse REAL quick.
