Kenneth Dwayne Kelmer had his pants down and was being ‘humped’ by the family dog on February 21 when his girlfriend’s sister walked in, police say.
The shocked woman contacted the police and Kellmer was charged with bestiality and ordered to seek a mental health evaluation.
He has been barred from contacting his girlfriend and her family, and from contact with animals – including his own six pets.
NBC Montana reports that he faces up to ten years in prison if convicted of deviate sexual conduct.
Court documents say, ‘On or about the 21st day of February, 2015, Missoula City Police Officer Campbell spoke with a woman (complainant) about a report she wanted to make regarding her sister’s boyfriend, Kenneth Kellmer.
‘Complainant stated earlier today she returned to her home in Missoula County to find Kellmer insider her home.
‘Kellmer was on the floor, on his hands and knees, with his pants down. She saw her dog, a 3.5 year old husky, “humping” Kellmer.
