He can easily punish hayate on block, his normals are very strong. Tsurugi seems quite effective versus both psycho crusher ex and knee press. He could use sHK to stuff your tsurugi, your answer may be a higher tsurugi (remember makoto is invulnerable on the bottom of her body, but you need the time to jump, and since you tsurugi is higher, the recover will be bad), or saving dash into karakusa. If he tries to headstomp you, dash forward, use your awesome mobility. I dont get it. I think Xup tsurugi in this video are quite random but maybe i’m wrong.<br>
