hmmm, i can honestly say if you didn’t tell me that was shiro playing i wouldn’t know it was him. his style here seems a bit more offensive than before. maybe cause his apponent was also offensive he had no choice, who knows? either way, i liked it!
that cammy match didn’t actually start going the way i expected that matchup to be until the end. I’ve faced average cammys and even then the pressure is rediculous.

there was everything. the best offensive show a makoto can put on. defensively he’s still fragile as always.
yeah he loses on rock-paper-scissors, but this isn’t rust at all, at least in this FT5. maybe in the tournament.
I know I personally am experiencing rust. I spent the past month or so maining T. Hawk (more delicious low tier frustration) and now I drop every combo going back to Makoto, lol.
Somehow though I’m not losing the matches. Getting lucky I suppose.
i thought haitani handled that matchup pretty well. i saw some good stuff in there! i really like haitani’s makoto, fun to watch the whole way through.
I’ve been playing a bit of Juri lately, the only good thing that came from SFxT was my interest in Juri rising above what it was before. Got told that she suits me but…Makoto <3 can’t be beaten. Hopefully using Juri will teach me how to get the opponent to do what I want them to do better.

WOW! yeah, that’s starting to look like a 7-3 matchup there lol. one knockdown and makoto was in his face and in the corner in no time, and we know dhalsim does not want to be in the corner lol. haitani showed no fear in that match, dude just kept rushing in… reminded me of zangief the way he kept eating all those normals from dhalsim just to get in. difference there though, is that she moves 10x faster after a focus or knockdown!

man, never saw haitani get bodied so bad before. interesting, i didn’t know that j. lk was the air to air of choice in this match… personally, i thought he took too many risk with karakusa, and wouldn’t ultra II be better in this match? anyway, everyone was getting bodied by sako that day lol

I probably wouldn’t go ultra 2 against sako’s ibuki. Someone said in an earlier video that he felt haitani was off. Dropping combos and getting punished hard for blocked ex hayates really hurt him in that set.
