RM is a c.MP foo. I think he said dont’ throw out random sweeps c.HP not c.MP… unless i missed something…
c.MP as a pure poke isn’t too hot. It’s slow in both start-up and total duration, only does 60 damage and leads to nothing, and is sometimes FA bait. The priority isn’t hot either when used anything but max range or of course past max range.
Hey guy. I get destroyed by mingodynasty so its great to see someone beat him. You are obviously better then me with your 5000 pp, but I was hoping you could post the full sets because I see that he has wins on the board before you beat him. Is that because you were in a multi man lobby? I would love to see you lose and then make the necessary changes in order to win. I think it would help me make those same changes. Good games
Actually, the matches you haven’t seen were me winning two more with Makoto and one more with Yang. The ones he won were of us messing about with Dan vs. Gief. Actually I think I lose one with Yang; but yeah, not with Makoto.
Mingo is a good friend of mine and we’re Ibuki training partners, although we almost never play Ibuki with each other anymore.
EDIT: I have replays of me beating on one of my Ibuki students, haha. Not sure if it’s useful to you guys, but since I know Ibuki very well, and my brother in fact used to main Makoto in Super, this is a match-up I’m very aware of.

I spent all the weekend (thursday -> sunday) with him (and evans, alioune, etc). Did very well against his sub char (seth, feilong, gouki, etc). But really can do a lot against twins. God damnit.
@ Vryu - I wouldn’t worry about it. Yun and Yang are too much at a very high level, and a very high level is what Kindevu is at!
Surely they’ll be more manageable in the 2012 update… don’t ya think?
You know shit is bad when Kazunoko freely admits Yun is retardedly strong. I believe he had Yun vs Mak at 7-3. Ouch. I’m pretty sure Yang isn’t that much better.

A lesson learned last night
(Im taking over this thread with an avalanche of videos filled with bad technique!)
I had a lobby open and was streaking some lower skilled guys. Another player joined and I guess decided to troll me with Dan. Unfortunately he couldn’t beat me by conventional methods

But then he decided to troll harder. He used this crouch strong (?) tiger knee loop, and you will see by my inputs that I was trying everything to escape. The timing on the ex karakusa was to strict for me and jumping, back dashing and focusing didnt work.

Voila! The timing on lp fuki is so easy even i could pull it off consistently.
I posted this so that us amateurs on this forum with never get caught by this again. The more experienced Makotos will of course learn nothing from this, but they should feel free to critique any other portion of the videos. Also If they could provide me with an escape against Dictator when he corners me and just does standing forward/roundhouse all day

c.MK goes under Dan’s c.MP xx Danku, you can actually crouch tech with LP+LK+MK while under pressure.
c.MK/s.MP/c.MP beat s.MK/s.HK.
I second this. c.MK >pretty much anything dan does. You can literally just mash c.MK like rog c.LP and 9 times out of 3 it will work. THATS 300%

s.MK is +2 on block close, and -3 on block from afar. so it depends on which one you’re talking about…
did you see his makoto? she’s very nice, and was able to defeat alioune’s cammy quite a few times.
