If that’s for me, nope, I was too scrubby, I can admit I was carried by Super Cammy’s dive kick. She’s still the best character in 2012 and definitely more “complete” now, but I got to the point where the only place to get better was grinding matchups (re: the only thing to get better was to get better). 3.5 years straight of doing it burnt me out. Plus, the main 3 dudes here in the Peg started smushing me after they figured out how to better shut down my shenanigans (and they were pretty damn solid to boot). Didn’t wanna play it by the book anymore 
Another reason was that I’ve always wanted to get good at a Versus game. First time I remember my face melting in an arcade was MvC1. Fuggin Mega Man AND Spider-Man. Dat nostalgia. TvC UAS being the precursor to Marvel made me wanna drop AE too.
I play AE here and there but never again in a tournament I think. I could probably scum my way to like 3-2 with Cammy because I play her dumb and she has enough AE-style cheap stuff to get by, but that’s about as good as it gets

Question Emersion— Is there a particular reason why Bushin isn’t on the team? I used to follow the Netherlands scene and at the time I was under the impression that Bushin was one of if not the best players in Netherlands and recently he won one of your Qualify Ranbats so I’m under the impression he didn’t completely fall off in skill (he also was the most impressive in the UK vs Netherlands match at WGC).
Bushin could not make it because of scheduling problems with his work, this lead to chaoztheory going in his stead.
So no skill reasons at all no.
Its been a while since wgc though and we all got a little better 
Skillwise: momi,mbr,doom,ferdi and bushin would probably be ideal, but ferdi does not travel outside the country and bushin couldnt make it.
Chaoz and me will do our best to fill in

I’m not sure how much our Air Canada discount code takes off but Air Canada currently has a 15% off flights sale for within Western Canada.
Have to book by tomorrow thoug and it’s only good within the Western Provinces (and Thunder Bay for some odd reason)
