Hey Lapchi you’re being talked about on Twitter concerning Team Dom. Rep. Apparently you were on JS stream (JS?) and some people were hyping up Dom. Rep. (Really? Thought very little knew about that team) and talking to you about it. Going deeper into the convo. it seems that said team wants to go to CC2K12 badly but the tickets to CC from their country is expensive to the point that going to CC2K12 and winning still wouldn’t pay for the team’s ticket. And living in a 3rd world country I can’t imagine that makes it easier for them to get the money.
That’s a bummer if they don’t go. I also heard that Kuwait isn’t going. Obviously most teams will be having problems making such a travel to CC2K12 but I would suspect it’s even that much tougher for smaller, much lesser known teams.
Canada Cup 2K12 hasn’t come and gone yet so maybe a series of fortunate miraculous events will occur to help such teams.
I suggest they put together a donation drive and we can help with other things. But they have still yet to contact us after our offer to help.
If jsmaster can’t make it, i say do a side tourney like last year where anyone can join to determine the last remaining 5v5 spot. I might come down to CC is you guys consider doing this.
There’s actually is a wild card qualifiers on Thurs before the actual qualifiers this year but Troy has’t updated the site. So we’ll update soon.

You are in china town for the venue so you got like 50 restaurants in walking distance. But if you want the good viet food its in the Hood, my personal Fav is Pho Rang Dong. Chinese is Golden inn and U and me, opened till 230am and that’s in China town
The good viet places are always in the hood. No different in the states. Dinner and drinks on me when I come down, Anh. Can’t wait.
