Kind of a pisstake when you consider how everything Iād read from Mad Catz before buying the stick suggested itād be plug and play. Iād be happy to grab a USB PCI card to sort it out if only there was a spare slot on my mainboard (rawr). Iāve seen one PCI-Ex USB expansion card before (the only slot left on the mobo) but apparently it doesnāt work with XP SP2 (rawr again), and Iām not even sure if you can put a PCI-Ex x1 card into a x16 slot (SLI mainboard) and have it work? Anyway, Iāve already spent over 300 USD on this game, so having to spend any more to get something I already own working is just fucking ridiculous anyway.

hi guys i decided yesterday to buy the ps3 stick for pc use only cuz i wasnt aware of the issues
well after i bought it i pluged it into my friends computer (wich is the same as i have) it didnt work buttons wont recognized whatsoever
so i went home pluged into my computer it worked flawlessly until i messed up with the turbo buttons and didnt know how to deactivate them so i unplugged the stick and pluged it in again after that i had the same issue everyones experiencing
buttons wont be recognized but it worked in the first try so what the heck is wrong with this thing this is an evidence that it CAN work with nforce 4 chipsets or amd whatever but i dont get it it worked after unplugging it stopped working and i cant buy a pci card cuz i have pci-E but only one slot and thats reserved for my graphic card just wanted to let you know maybe it helps.

Iāve just been looking around for PCI-Express USB cards, much like the guys on the page before this, and it seems there are actually none at all with a VIA chipset. I had my eye on a super cheap one too for a little while - 14 GBP - but it turned out to use an NEC chipset. Is it definitely confirmed that all cards using NEC chipsets are incompatible with the stick? This card is quoted as supporting USB 1.1 in the product specs, but is it simply that all NEC chipsets lack support for that particular āUHCIā standard, or somesuch?
reading this thread is getting me worried. I want to buy a ps3 TE stick but iām worried it wonāt work on my mobo which is based on the NVIDIA nForce3 250 chipset (its an Asrock AM2NF3-VSTA).
should i go for the 360 version? I was kind of planning on getting a ps3 when the price drops a bit.

My stick works. But after quitting game have to reboot PC to recognize stick again because the turbo buttons go crazy. Intel chipset too.
Anybody getting this to work on a macbook pro? The SE Fightstick worked for me the first time I plugged it in but now itās not working anymore.
It works on my Late '08 Alu MacBook when booted into OSX. However, when booted into Windows, it doesnāt work. Notā¦ oneā¦ bit. Yes, it does have an Nvidia Chipset.
