It seems since this Home Panel Replacement PCB was announced, I’m seeing a shortage of busted TE sticks on eBay. LOL! 
Thats a pity, i planned on picking up a few. Any chance these will be available anywhere with international shipping in the future?

Will be in a month. Going to make minor revisions to the board. Main change being turning the solder jumper pads into a jumper header to select which set of player leds to light up. Making it so that I only need to know what color leds the buyer wants.

I’m having trouble Understandin the Kgnd part. I check the old board and I don’t see anything labeled Kgnd
If the fightstick doesn’t have a kgnd then you don’t need to wire the black wire from the two wire harness to anything.
I have to have one of these!

You’ll be able to order which player led color you want through the shop. There’s now a pin header with a jumper you can use to switch which set of leds light up depending on which system panel model you are using.
Shouldn’t be. It should have an option to select the player led colors.

i’m glad i kept all my te parts
So i’m a bit confused on the instructions. I’m attempting to install this and a brook board using a 20 pin harness. The stick was a xbox 360 soul edition te. (The smokey clear one with red and blue sides)
I dont know where to put the black wire for home. Also when I plug this into my pc, the pc thinks i’m holding the home button down. I currently tried to plug the black wire into a ground spot on the brook board.
The wires might be swapped. Mine were for home and KGnd
