Yoooo, THREE sequels? If they some how manage to make 4 awesome action movies in a row I will be mind blown. I’m guessing either the 2nd or 3rd is going to be a let down though, I can’t even imagine them consistently having this level of quality
I guess one of the three next movies is going to be that “Mad Max: Furiosa” spinoff, probably Furiosa’s origin story.
The comics will go into Furiosa’s origin story (or parts of it, anyways). New film will probably pick up where Fury Road left off.
I think there will be both a sequel (Wastelands) and a prequel (Furiosa).

I’m shocked I thought of Melly boy as a good actor, because now it’s become painfully obvious that he can’t access for shit. He did act a few good roles, but most of the time he just ain’t good.
What Melly boy does do well, is make fucking movies. Apocalypto was and still is one of the best movies I’ve seen in the last 15/20 years. He needs to make more quality movies like that. It’s pretty much better than any other movie he’s been involved with or acted in. Brave heart was really good as well.
Also people need to stop bitching about some of the scenes of his movies. Complaints about the last torture scene from brave heart, it happened in Real life and was probably twice as bad, deal with it. Apocalypto, bad portrayal of Indians, it wasn’t a fucking documentary, deal with it. The passion, you thought the torture of Jesus by the Jews made the Jews look bad and took too long? How long you think it felt for jeebees? The Jews that did that to him ain’t supposed to look good, look at what the fuck they did to him (like brave heart, the reality was probably twice as bad as what we saw).
I think Indiana Jones 4 was not a good precedent.

Saw it last night…holy fuck this movie was amazing.
The only complaints I heard were plot related, but honestly, I think that those were the people who expect every movie to jam in an origin story for every character, tie up all loose ends and see a solution to the overall problem in a 3 hour megaflick.
I’m glad i’m not one of those people because man, I sure enjoyed watching shit blow for up a couple of hours.
You know what i’m glad about? Non-CG explosions. Sure was a bunch of that. I think I can count the amount of times CG was used in this movie on one hand.
Yeah I was wondering that myself. There wasn’t a single bad word uttered and the vast majority of the gore happens ether slightly off frame or off completely. It’s like they were trying for a PG-13 and said fuck it at the last minute. Hoping for a real “unrated” version on bluray.
