It looks so far that those who ordered FightPad did not receive TE Keychain.
That’s what I’m seeing. It’s a bit bothersome, too, since the promo said a keychain for using either code, and they didn’t run out as people are getting them sent after people’s shipped that are missing them. I already own 3 TEs and plan on purchasing 2 of the new ones when they come out. I don’t want another TE with the ugly sides since I can wait until April for nicer ones. Oh well - at least I now have a Fightpad for my friends that prefer pads but always forget to bring one for the Xbox360. The keychain is what made me go ahead and buy it.
My exact reasons for buying a fight pad too; I would have ordered from amazon instead, but the keychain promo gave madcatz store the edge

Meus shipped his fightpad to my house, when I opened it no keychain.
No keychain here either, called CS and the guy had one ; reverified my address and is shipping it out. Pretty painless call took all of 2 minutes.
The first guy I called never got back to me, so I called again and this guy said one would be shipped off to me.
So, just try calling more than once if you’re missing your keychain.
Can i get Phone # to call them.

I’ve called and was told they had plenty, then transferred and told they were out, then told on here they had plenty, e mailed and nothing, and called and left a message because i was sent to voice mail, and so far nothing. I’m thinking by now some higher power doesn’t want me having this key chain lol.
Call again, and find out WHO told you they’re out. Tell me the name.
