I just got home to find my package. I also ordered on the day that the deal went live and no keychain!

Damn that many people didn’t get a keychain?! I ordered the day it went live as well and won’t find out until the shipment gets here later today if I also got hosed.
Mine comes in today too, hope I don’t have to make a phone call.
Mine doesn’t come in till the 8th either, I hope all the keychains aren’t gone by then if I didn’t get one. I’ll be pretty disappointed, as I basically bought a $100.00 keychain.

Ok, I just got off the phone with Tech Support and they said that they are still trying to figure out how to correct this.
So he’ll get back to me when he finds out more info.
I’m guessing they might have forgot to include keychains in a bunch of orders.
I did get a keychain with my Femme TE. Ordered on Friday, shipped on Monday, and got it yesterday.

Ordered a Round 2 TE for 360 within the first few hours of the deal going live.
Received my package today. I thought that it didn’t come with the keychain, since the box was already consumed with the TE stick itself, but then I saw at the bottom of the box was a little white thing wrapped up and it was the keychain.
What is the return policy at Madcatz? The website won’t load on my phone for some reason. Just wondering because I bought the stick specifically for the key chain, and if I don’t get it, and they can’t resolve getting the key chains out to people, I’ll just return the damn thing.
Yea, I ordered the comic-con PS3 fightpad on the first day and didn’t receive the keychain as well =(
Didn’t get my keychain either. Ordered Pad on 1/29/10 around 1:40 CT. Can’t get through on the phone as it directs me to some guy’s voicemail, but it is just after 1PM PT. Guess the contact isn’t back from lunch yet.
