Bah. Looks like I’m the latest to not get a keychain. Though my Comic Con fightpad looks pretty damn good.
No one picked up the phone for the tech phone number, so I used the toll-free number and spoke with sales (option 1).
Keychain is on its way.
no key chain dam gotta call later and fed ex is lame they just leave the package anywhere and dont even ring the buzzer there a 108 apartments here any one could just steal the dam thing
I keep leaving messages no one answers EDIT: okay finally got someone on the horn after all this time, and they said they are shipping one out. man i swear, only sf fans will go to war for an exclusive key chain lol

Just received my Round 2 360 TE, came with a keychain.
Well, I just received my Fight Pads and guess what? No Key Chain! I sent a message to the sales department through the MadCatz/GameShark Store website and I’m waiting to hear back. I haven’t had a good day, so it didn’t help that the key chain didn’t come in.:sad:
My order is still in progress. It’s been over a week :(. I don’t know when they plan on shipping my round 2 TE stick out.
they told me they will ship the key chain to me
Same here just finished talking with them and will get my kechain within 7 to 10 business days.
This morning I finally got ahold of someone on the other end instead of voicemail. They are shipping the keychain, and they’ve even called to confirm my address since I had a previous address in the system back when they shipped me a replacement TE PCB and USB cable. I had no luck using Sales-Online phone options, so I just hit 0 and had a person transfer me to the right department. Sounded like they were familiar with the issue.
Didn’t get a keychain with my fightpad, sent the Madcatz tech support a quick email with my info, and today I just got my keychain! Hooray tech support!

It sounds like anyone who ordered a fight pad didn’t get a key chain included.
Possibly, but maybe the ones who did get it with their fightpad never bothered posting. If anyone ordering a fightpad got the keychain, could you post here, let us know?
count me among those who received a fightpad (yesterday) but no keychain. i’ll be calling that number now.
edit 12:54pm EST - just spoke w/an “angelo” in support and he’s sending me the keychain now. awesome!
How come FightPad Orders are not receiving TE Keychain?
That is weird.
probably because the TE keychain looks nothing like the fightpad even though the promotion said fightpads come with the keychain.
Well I got my missing keychain in the mail last night. It is pretty sweet.
Remember to call either tech support or sales if you guys are missing your keychains.
Happy to report that I received my key chain with my SE fight stick order.
