Noticed S.HK cancelled into V-Trigger too.
The non-V trigger dash seems much shorter.
CH AA S.HK > S.HK
nice.

I thought so too at first but if you look more closely especially in the second and third round, Iād say it looks about the same.
itās the same as his regular dash, but shorter than his V-Trigger one.
I donāt think new players spend much time walking. In my experience, at least.
True. Getting this shorter V Trigger dash outside of V Trigger makes him more accessible for newer players and gives better throw and movement options to stronger players. Heās not totally reliant on special moves and jumping to move around anymore which is good. The dash only works moving forward any way so if thereās a reason that you need to move backward itās not going to help you. Just helps you close the gap in footsies.
I still would have preferred walk speed change instead, but since they seem to be centered around him moving around with attacks, this is a nice compromise.
Just saw Alucardās Bison play. From what I can gather that regular dash has a bit more recovery, less distance, but it definitely has a window of invincibility, at least for fireballs. There were a few times where Bison did not go through the opponent when I think he should have. Iām not sure if they removed it or it is because it has shorter distance.
Iām gonna say that the v trigger dash is overall better probably with more range, invincibility, and less recovery.
Bison still looks solid, very close matches. There were a few times where Alucard couldāve capitalised better with Bisonās many sexy combos. I also thought he was throwing out those non-v trigger dashes too much and got punished. Then again, who wouldnāt dash like crazy when your dash looks like that.
Ryu was was total ass though, he was like a wall. This will be a fun match up.
when SFV was 1st released with the 4 initial characters, I thought Bison would be the wall instead of ryu XD

Well they are both walls in a way. Bison wants to wall you into a corner, and Ryu wants to wall you out.
Heās basically Geese Howard.
Bisonās regular dash now being a variant of his V-Trigger teleport dash sounds sexy. Hope this sticks in the final version.

I think it will. It didnāt come off as broken in the gameplay Iāve seen because of its range, smaller invincibility window, and recovery. There is enough of a difference between it during and outside of V-trigger as well to justify its V-trigger buff too.
From a purely visual standpoint though, I would love if his backdash receives the teleport visuals. My inner OCD needs that kind of consistency to sleep better at night.
What normals cause a Crush Counter?
I donāt know how it is now, but, the last time we had info about CCs, they were:
S.HP
S.HK
DF+HP
Will be playable in de second beta!! Yesss
Anyone else who is playing the beta feel that Rashid will be a tough matchup for Bison? Rashid has a variety of moves that low profile or have no low hurtbox, and he is extremely mobile. I feel like you canāt gimmick your way out of this fight, it will have to be honest footsies.
We got some bread and butter stuff for Bipson listed anywhere? I want to pick him up now that heās out and Necalli is frustrating.
light scissors doesnāt seem to travel as far now,
cc st.hk is amazing lol.

There is some stuff in the original post.
did the command for super get changed to punches or was it always that way? i canāt remember.
Psycho inferno is no longer safe, and itās a charge motion.
CC is df+ hp, s hk
EDIT: lk scissors (2 hit) isnāt safe either, 1 hit seems to still be safe.
