I feel like it has its uses especially for Chun and Karin who have buttons longer than his st.MK
Anyways…mixup tech ive been cooking up:

LMAO, just tested it against instant air teleport > fierce. You can parry that shit on reaction with ease. 7-3 Bison?
lolololol RIGHT
Parry is hella legit. These dudes aint drinking the kool aid yet.
It’s not exactly tech but does anyone hold on to super and just start jumping in and out randomly to bait an anti air and air super them…best use lol
I been labbing with M.Bison for the last couple of days and found some simple punish setups, provided if you can get in to punish, and love burning meter. These should punish random and wake up DPs. A couple of these are based on the vortex setup video.
D/F+HP, St. HK, Cr. MP xx MP. Inferno, Ex. Psycho Blast, Double dash into fireball, Ex. Inferno.
D/F+HP, St. HP, V-Trigger, MP or HP Inferno xx Ex. Scissor Kick or Ex. Psycho Blast.
This one it just the regular Oki setup with a Ex. Inferno at the end:
St. MP, Cr. MP xx MP Inferno, Ex. Psycho Blast, Double dash into fireball, Ex. Inferno.
The Oki setup can be beaten by a well-timed DP or super with before the fireball explosion. But, a late dp, throw or command all gets beat by the fireball explosion. They’re only option is to block. If they block, do a Cr. MP, into a St. HK to fish for a crush counter. If the counter hits, Inferno for a reset. If want to know more about the options with the Oki setup watch the M. Bison vortex video for more.

Yeah it’s a pretty good tool to have. Makes em think twice about AA.
I’ve been playing with this concept a lot after watching it in one of the top Bison player’s replay.
You can be poked out of the teleport with a 3f normal if you go for stHK. I mean, I think anyone pushing buttons in this situations is nuts and clearly doesn’t give a damn about humanity, but they can.
I think there’s so much more to Bison than we know. I’m liking it.
For those who haven’t already memorized the basic frame data for every character (like most regular people haven’t), you might find this a useful starting reference for what’s punishable on block at a glance.

[/quote]Very helpful. Thank you.
Not true for specials at least. Remember testing birdie st.mp xx rush punch and cammy st.hp xx cannon spike. Both specials came out when i absorbed the normal.
Right now this is character specific, so it might be overlapping with the Dhalsim thread, but you can literally parry every single normal attack he can do after a teleport, from any height. That includes his drills. The timing is exactly the same for everything too. For any high teleport, you can easily catch them with the fireball and then do a short scissor. For most moves that are no lower than Bison’s head, you can catch them with the fireball. Those that you cannot catch from that height or lower will still force them to block the fireball, giving you frame advantage. You can parry the normal Gale too, but the timing is different (quite a bit slower) and it’s not worth worrying about unless the opponent starts throwing them out at random because you’ve been hitting everything else. In that event, it just becomes a 50/50 for both players.
The only thing this is unsafe against is a point blank, minimum height teleport roundhouse > slide. The slide will catch you before the projectile releases. This doesn’t happen with teleport fierce > slide. They are forced to block.
The timing on it is very easy too, although I am learning by sound mostly. The teleporting “chirp” happens when he vanishes, and then again when he reappears. As soon as you hear the second chirp, just hit V-Skill.
The Dictator is back, and I couldn’t be happier or more aroused.
Wait, what?
Here’s my tech video, tell me what you guys think!
You can get poked out of your dash with a lot more than just a 3f normal if your opponent is looking for it. Especially if you’re going for st.hk after it. The whole sequence is 31f until the hk is active.
So to Bison players, since I’m running into you roughly 2/5 times in the 3000 lp bracket, care to tell me what the weakness in the character is? This is getting a bit stupid. I know no one likes to admit the op but I fight bison, bison, someone else, bison, bison, someone else, bison, someone else, bison etc all day today and random bison players are keeping me from clearing 3000 lp.

Bison has no weakness. Do not try to fight back, it is useless tor resist. This nightmare will never end!
He has slow walkspeed and no good reversals. Abuse that and get the knockdown. Use meaty/throw pressure and make him guess.

To the gulag!
Sorry not sorry guys.
Bison players aren’t gonna get any better if our opponents aren’t improving too.

OK, but roleplay a bit. It almost seems like you’re not playing as the bossest of the bossest characters. We’re elite here. Act accordingly.
