I think Demitri should get more crossover love than he has. SVC Chaos was so-so (him and zero were the coolest part of it for me), Capcom Fighting Evolution just sucked, and Cross Edge… well that’s not a fighter, so I’m not counting it here.
Actually *all *of the Darkstalkers males deserve more attention. Even in MVC2, the only DS male was Anakaris.
I appreciate their inclusion of Hsien-Ko, and Morrigan is a must, but seriously, Talbain, Rikuo, Demitri, Donovan, Raptor, Sasquatch, Bishamon, etc… ANY of them would have been a cool inclusion.
I agree. But Donovan is like a bastard, red-headed step child of the DS/Vampire series when it come to crossovers…other than Super Puzzle II, he gets no love…

At no point did I say “Skrull can’t dish out damage” or “Skrull is ineffective.” In fact you bashed me for doing exactly what I set out to do. Post some things that I thought should have been so cool. Is it a sin to want cool things in a video game? My suggestions weren’t “crying for a buff.” I said he “should.” That means he should have had those moves in the first place. I called it a flaw in his character design since he doesn’t actually use any of the invisible womans powers. Almost every character that should be able to fly, CAN, but SuperSkrull. By wishing for character moves am I saying the character sucks as is? Either way, should or “would” doesn’t matter. I don’t consider capcoms designs perfect and despite my playing ability I will express my creative opinion.

It’s not that bad, I mean he can jump in ReArmed 2 and Bionic Commando for the PS3/360. He’s been in more of his own games jumping than not jumping, ironically (or half if you label the original and the remake seperately).
There an easy way to put Iceman in the game without actually putting him in… just put in Emma and have her blocking animation be her diamond form. Think of Anakaris’s block animation and you’ll know what I’m talking about. Then make her immune to chip damage. Done.
@ Thanos: This game needs bubbles anyway. And considering he is the rumored villain for the upcoming Avengers movie, there couldn’t be a better time to put the Mad Titan in Super MvC3.
And hopefully, he’d actually be… you know… powerful. If Dark Phoenix can be broken as shit because she’s Dark Phoenix, I don’t see why Thanos couldn’t be treated in a similar manner.

Maybe have Power Stones appear randomly on the field (on the ground or in the air) like Cody’s knife, a character-specific item. When he collects all three his transformation hyper instantly activates and he can run around doing all sorts of cool shit. You can chuck powerful rocks or spend the remainder of the transformation on a super.
He can also do the transformation supers regularly without his power change.
