OK, so if I’m getting this right, we are NOT to expect any characters from the SF3 series. I’m working with opposites here, and that’s what I’m getting.

Well, if only 3 of the multitude of guesses are correct from this thread, the only one I am certain of is Strider. The other 2 guesses would be Doc Oc and Frank West for other obvious reasons (disc data). Other than that, I’m stumped I can’t even come up with a somewhat deciphered, decrypted hints list as I did a couple pages back from Lupey’s other tweets…sheesh.
