Not really sure how the bonus stuff for playing other Capcom games is working. I have every Capcom console game for the PS3 so I have all of the ‘Titles’ you get except for 1. I got one that even seem to belong to Frank West (‘I covered wars’ - don’t know what other game that would be for. Um sure Rad Spencer and what’s his face from Dark Void were in wars but they didn’t cover them…) even though I don’t have Dead Rising on the PS3 of course, just the Wii version. And I have Frank West’s the Servebot hat and his backpack. I’m curious if they just give it to you minus a Dead Rising save or maybe all you need is an LP save.
As for the title I’m missing I’m not too sure what it could be. The only PS3 Capcom games I don’t have are Mega Man 9 and 10 because I have those for the Wii and those are DL games. Hmm.
And while I have RE5 and the BSAA title I don’t see Wesker’s skin anywhere or Wesker as a playable character either.

So I jumped in someone’s game and helped him finish, I think it was level 1-2? You know the one where you have to rise 5 thingamaboppers and then raise another five thingamaboppers to keep two big drills going for three minutes straight. Basically I did ALL of the work, raising the objects and stuff and he just ran around killing people. So at the end of the quest he got graded a ‘B’ and I got a ‘C.’ WHAT THE… I DID ALL THE WORK… :annoy: Ah well, found that to be kinda funny! I mean I did get that robo armor suit and blew up a missile launching mech, WHAT DO YOU WANT? Eh when I did that quest myself on single player I got an S.
I had a multiplayer game which was fun. I got 6 kills so came in fourth to last among 8 people. The winner had about 15 kills. Eh I suck at gun games so if I manage to kill anybody I feel like Rambo. :rock: At least the system seems fair and easy to play.
I probably won’t be playing alot right now thanks to SSF4, TVC and Monster Hunter Tri (plus I still got to get around to finishing LP1 oooh… like 2 more stages to go) but it seems like a fun game to mess around with. The game did stop and freeze on me a few times, sometimes during the game and sometimes online. It’s not a huge deal though I guess.

Wesker is unlocked right away if you have a RE5 save, goto My Page, Customize and goto Preset Models on the left side of the screen. Hes way at the bottom, very easy to miss.
You get Frank West/Servbot head on the PS3 version if you have a LP Save (DR Save on 360). The title you’re missing is probably “Played The Demo”, which you get (along with Machine Gun SP and Shield SP II) if you play the online multiplayer demo. Machine Gun SP is beast, so its worth DLing the demo, deleting it and keeping the demo savefile (its only like 60kb on the 360) just for that stuff.
A friend and I got to the start of Episode 5 last night. Reviewers have never been so far off the mark. This game is incredible. If you enjoyed the first LP at all, LP2 is heaven.
The reward boxes are completely random it seems, but I got some pretty good stuff last night. Unlocked Rocket Launcher II, Gun Sword, Shotgun II and my favorite gun from LP Colonies, The Hand Cannon <3 Also got the Kiss emote and a few others, which are hilarious. With what seems like a thousand of titles and 100 emotes, I’ll be unlocking shit for quite some time. I don’t know if I’ll be changing my title again tho, “Undercover Perv” is too good.
I really I’m enjoying this game, I’m stuck in Episode 3 - Chapter 3, Dam canons keep blasting me off the dam train!! Fuck what the reviewers say this game is EPIC!
Finally got a chance to use the Tri-seed today, that thing FLIES, has infinite torpedoes, COMBO MELEE, and transforming is simple and quick. IT’S SO COOL.
The Bleed + Laser Lance is the COOLEST SHIT EVER THOUGH. hard to use since Bleed’s have such shitty armor, but oh MAN, the RANGE with the Laser Lance. TOO AWESOME.
Finally unlocked some new weapons too, V Device, hand grenade III, Rocket Launcher II, plasma gun SP, and the hand cannon. Got some nice skills too.
Also, me and Jgreen got to 6-1 last night, so gonna finish the game today probably =)
No, all the weapons have different, relatively balanced stats so the older ones are not made obsolete.
Yeah, all the weapons are different and not just stronger versions. For instance, the Machine Gun II shoots twice as fast as the Machine Gun, but it has less damage per bullet and less range.
WOW. The support weapons have secret firing modes!!! The V Device can act as a massive energy laser. For PS3, press start and select once you have 7000+ t-eng. Maybe less, I’m not sure. There might be more attacks then the energy laser. The poster in the linked thread mentioned a satellite cannon like blast.
That massive laser I talked about from the support weapons can be changed. The attack differs depending on the weapons used by yourself and your allies. So if you all have gunswords, instead of a laser, you get a huge gunsword slash across the screen. I’m not sure what other weapons change the attack.
I play both, Furry is on XBL, and I’m trying to get a few other 360 SRKers on it as well. Also, honestly, even if you only get to play with one other person, it’s still worth it. As long as you don’t play alone the game is fun.
So much fun today. Running with three, then two, and then four, and then three, and then two again all the way through episodes 2-4. Lots of fun. I love how if we ever did fail the second time around we just BEASTED the hell out of the chapters after that.
Haven’t spent hours with the game now I don’t get the control beef too much. Like it’s not hard to understand at all and everything works. I never did anything I didn’t want to do really. Maybe a grappled funky here or I used my T-ENG shooter instead of grenades but nothing that ever got me killed.
But it’s been an amazing ride. So many ways to play and figure out tactics plus it’s a fair game between newbies and vets alike. And it’s not even that hard. Yes you can get fucked up bad but keeping your distance and making use of cover alleviates most of that.
Oh and the sweet sound of hearing your friend cheer because he Pile Bunkered the end boss in Episode 2 three times in a row. So worth it. And surviving during said fight with only a battlesuit on and no T-ENG, also totally worth it.
Also, for anyone having trouble on the Episode 3-3 boss: Use the side-turrets and not the main gun. When you start the match, load the main gun and turn it to the back of the train, then just use the turrets to do all your damage. After you’ve blown all the eyes, you just run to the big gun, which is already aimed right, and fire. This is MUCH quicker.
Hmm. We just broke off into two teams. Gun team and Engine Core team. We loaded up the best ammo with the crane and operated the main gun while the other team kept the train’s health up and used the turrets. We did just fine too. But I’ll investigate if it is quicker or not.
I gotta call BS on that section not being it’s own separate chapter. Every other boss battle in the game gets it’s own chapter but not this one! -_-
