Great to see you uploading your matches, and giving me some material to learn. I don’t have a xbox or ps3, so I learn most of my matches through watching videos. I have some of my old matches from super on my youtube account, though I have not uploaded anything from AE.

Ive been thinking about swapping out my xbox 360 pad for a fightpad, the general crappyness of the d-pad is an issue sometimes. I think u do jab hands the same way as me now (except i have the mp and lp buttons swapped), iirc u used to use the shoulder button… i could never get the hang of that setup.

Honda on pad is just as easy/difficult as honda on stick. Tbh i think the way i do jabxxHHS on pad is way easier than learning to piano on a stick.
I started playing SF4 on pad, and being a stick player most my life(with a short keyboard stint due to emulators), it was mind boggling to me trying to do 2/3 button presses with 2 shoulder buttons. I mean, I played a lot of HDR and had no issues with the ST system there(and I even got used to the crappy xbox360 stock dpad) but focus attacks and throws/techs and PPP/KKK with the setup I’ve been using since the snes days… I couldn’t do it. I did complete some trials but I decided to not touch the game again until I got my TE. And I use slide more now since I’m not playing that much and piano requires constant practice time that I’m not getting.
TL;DR: mad respect for honda players! mad respect for sf4 pad players! and mad, mad respect for lordDVD!
