It hit everytime I did it, I think you just have to block it low.
At one point S.Kill said it was unblockable, but that they were thinking of making it blockable.
Back then he made a point of mentioning it as always working with the ground stick.

Why did they make Dormammu so tall? He’s supposed to be Doc Strange height about 6ft. In game he towers over guys like Doom and Hulk who are 7ft. Just looks weird and out of character if you have read the comics.

Dorm does tower over people irl at NYCC it looks so different. Game looks so detailed overall. I cant wait for costumes. The only fighter i ever bought dlc for lol

Where the Dormammu ownage videos? Everybody’s still trying to rush it down with him and its just not working.
Even in the two matches I played unsuccessfully with the guy, I spammed black hole and assist. Everytime I got meter I blew it for pushback and chip damage. Eventually my Dormmy got wiped out but he had whittled them down so much that it was light work once Amaterasu and Morrigan hopped up.
Wish my vids from atl got recorded. No rush down with d at all pure “zownage” had over 18+ win streak with wolves, super skrull, and D.
I was meaning to ask about that: I noticed the assist was used only once each time it was powered up on point. Is it a single shot assist (when powered up) and return to the mini force-shock after 1 use or is it infinite until you change the power up like Juggy Nat? It seems obvious but I didn’t want to assume~

I have only seen it used, and hit, in Dormammu’s unveiling video. It has a wonderful knockback effect, but it’s hard to say how fast it comes out and what degree of priority it has.
Eh, it has a possibility. You put Dormammu on a team with people that need a “get off me”, if it’s good for that, and the buffed hands are just gravy. More likely though, his two other assists will be just too valuable to disregard.
Anyway, if we get Sentinel, I am loving a Sentinel/Dormammu/??? team. I would froth at the mouth if the third got to be Megaman.
So on Dorm. do you have to use different buttons depending on how far out his “black hole looking shit goes?” For example if you use the low punch button is the “black hole” closer to Dorm. than if you use heavy button. Sorry I dont know terms, havent keep up with Dorm was just curious.
Button Strength changes the distance on Dark Hole. A version for shortest distance(which is right next to him), B version for medium distance, and C version for far distance.
