Guise is a great early game item to go for on the hero-killing mages because that + Sorc. Boots + MPen runes lets you hit them with close to true damage with your abilities letting you snowball into the later game. Rylai’s is pretty shitty on her because the survivability is wasted because she should never be in the middle of fights anyways.

Yeah, the biggest additions to Blitz have really been overlooked by a lot of people.
-No dodge on his punch
-No slowdown on his overdrive
-Silence on his ult
Those 3 things really turned him into a much improved hero who’s capable of turning a game around.
Hey raeli, I tried your build. I like a lot of it except the health regen in the beginning. I like to harass more so I just get the ring for mana + mana regen.
I’m looking at Twisted Fate next. He is so versatile on teams. I like his end games as well. Gonna try him out once I regain IP.
Also, what are runes every character uses? Ability cooldowns and AP I assume? Since runes are expensive, I feel like buying the most versatile ones.
edit : Also, what are some setups you like to open people up with? In mid, specifically. It depends on situations but I like to W (to get close), E, Q, R, auto attack etc.
If my partner is already stunning them etc I go for the damage combo.
But how about solo? How do you like to open them up? Only other thing I can think of is jump 2 times with mimic but that’s only to tower dive if they’re almost dead etc.

Seals: Flat Dodge is preferred, but Flat AR or Mana Regen per Level also works
Glyphs: Flat CDR is preferred, but Flat MR, Flat MPen, or Mana Regen per Level also works

You’re lookin at ~27k IP in runes if you go with Dodge/CDR.
dodge runes are pretty overrated imo, especially for their cost. mana regen per lv, imo, are a MUAT on pretty much anyone that uses mana. They’re dirt cheap and are borderline op, riot even admitted it.
marks, yah, ap or magic pen all the way, unless you have a specialty char that can make use with something else, crit for GP/trynn, maybe AD runes for akalli if you want to get her passive without buying a dorans or long sword, ect.
blues are up in the air, whatever you want, though MR per lv is a pretty common one, as are flat CDR, but those are expensive.
quints, get HP quints first. Yeah, they’re expensive, but you’ll notice the difference early game. Any other quints are again, for certain chars that don’t necessarily need the early game HP or could use them for something better.
also, don’t buy tier 1 or 2 quints (except for the christmas ones). wait till level 20 then buy level 3’s.

What you guys think of Irelia? Is she underrated? I might skip TF and play her. Mainly because I saw one of her alt skins and it was nasty as hell.
The community pretty much has decided on their opinion of Irelia, and it is a loud resounding “meh.” IMO, there’s no reason to pick her- there are multiple champs that do her job way better than she does. Plus, her ult is really gimmicky and kinda useless sometimes. I’d forget about her and go pick up Xin Zhao instead.

What do Katarina players think? Some admit how good she was, some say she was an honest character even before the patch (lol). But at what % is she playing at now, compared to before the patch?
Basically, just getting opinions and trying to conclude how to be cheap and gay. But I want to be cheap with a character that isn’t already known or used a lot.
I play Irelia just for the sake of it. I just build her with attack damage and I go ahead and put a sheen on her for bladesurge.
