To play teemo good, you really have to be on top of your shroom game. Placing them everywhere as wards and to cut people off and to port to for ganks
I got jumped by a ryze in the opponents jungle as amumu once. I ran all the way through their jungle occasionally harassing with bandage tosses and tantrums through grass in a way he coudln’t see/target me. I baited him into the bushes with a teemo shroom in mid, then stunned him and walked away giving teemo a kill :).
I can’t see the patch notes right now since LoL forums are down, but how did they nerf Xin Zhao?
Yeah lol. They nerfed xin pretty good
Just read them on NeoGAF. The Xin atk speed nerfs will hurt, but overall I think that he’ll still be quite powerful.
BTW, does anyone have the exact numbers on Vladimirs skills? His passive in particular i’m interested in.
yep, I think it was an appropriate nerf, I don’t think he was over powered by much before hand, and I don’t think the nerf was too heavy handed.
I had honestly never seen a good xin. There was nothing I ever saw from him that granted a ban every ranked game I played.
All I know about the patch is that ez didn’t get nerfed 
the servers are crapping themselves.
It’s really infuriating to have the servers keeling over and dying every other day. I hope they’ll fix it soon, I’d like to actually play during the time I have to log on.

it’s a different game altogether. there’s a totally different tier list for 3v3 map…like, a bizarro world or something. Kennen is pretty gdlk on it
Still lvling up, lvl 26 right now. I bought Vlad, he’s soooo much fun to play. He’s definitely not OP at all. And I think any type of nerf would practically make him unplayable. He’s an amazing harasser and he has strong laning power but has no real oomphs behind his nukes. Sanguine Pool is so fucking annoying for opponents. Dude straight trolls a gank squad whenever they try to surround him. Still finding out what he does/doesn’t ignore.
He has a huge damage drop off late game and in team fights. But if he lands his ulti properly he can nuke decently, while everyone else just rapes face for 5 seconds.
Spirit Visage is a MUST on him, as well as Rylai’s Scepter. SV’s healing buff + CDR will make Blood Transfusion a 2sec cooldown without the need of any CDR runes. Rylai’s is just perfect for him +500 HP/+80 AP which becomes 100AP due to his passive. And the slow just makes him such a good chaser.
Right now I’m running AP quits, and AP/lvl seals and glyphs with mpen on marks.
My summoner spells are kinda iffy before I was running Ignite and Exhaust/Cleanse. But now I’m running Ghost and Ignite, or Teleport if we need a pusher (Tides of Blood is an amazing pushing spell). I just took Ghost for the survivability, people think Sanguine Pool is a get out of jail card, which it is for 2 seconds, but after that you’re pretty much a free gank. Ghost helps make SB so damn irritating and makes pushing a solo lane deep into enemy territory 100x safer.

He can be taunted by Shen while in poolform i think. Another reason why Shen is OP.
