My friend plays a pretty mean Eve and even when he goes 20/0/5 with her I still think she sucks. My issue with the champ is I feel she doesn’t do anything other than offer a surprise stun in a team fight and run around ganking/diving people that are in places they should have gotten out of any way.
That’s why I throw her in the same group as AP Shaco and believe she is countered by examining the R. Kelly Theory

If one does not want to get pissed on:
- Don’t be in a place where there will be piss
- Move out of the way.

They finally changed the ranked items for Eve and I think they made a decent selection. I still play jungle Eve and, though it’s slower than it used to be, it’s still effective.
My favorite way to go is
Lantern > level 5 Boots > Trinity Force > Ghostblade.
IF the game lasts long enough to build a ghostblade, I start stacking gunblades for fun. It’s SUPER EFFECTIVE ! (pokemon music!)
I really think the nerf was uncalled for though. She was fine the way she was. I have a feeling it will be reconsidered and partially undone later.
I agree, eve is not a good character, she is too easily countered, but she is only bad if your whole team is good. Like lothar said, if there is one retard on your team she’ll feed off him.
Just started messing with Shen tips, builds, runes, advice greatly appreciated.
I build early heart of gold and spirit visage and merc treads, then either finish randuins or make a force of nature. runes don’t really matter, I build tanky ones, energy runes might actually be good but i’ve never tested them. masteries I like 1/21/8 for exp mastery, exhaust mastery and tankyness. Map awareness is key, it lets you save team mates, get them fed, and get you assists/kills for more tankyness, you can also split push really well since you can ult back to the party if something happens. The knife heals you and your lanemate if you auto attack the thing you threw the knife at(a lot of people don’t know this). knife + auto attack will let you trade hits with most people who get in melee range of you,your passive makes the auto hurt a lot and the knife will heal you a bit and tack on some extra damage.
Solo queue pisses me off. Everyone chooses and locks in a DPS champ right away.

Alright I’ve seen some useful karmas now, her mantra’d shield is actually a really nice harassment tool, and her heals are strong.
So I’m assuming that y’all have seen the two new champions? (Moakai and Jarvan IV) I can’t wait for the tree champion… that’s assuming that he’s a tank.

He will: Challenge opponents to one-on-one fights; hurl flags through chests.
He sounds like Saisaishi from G Gundam. Throwing flags at people? Sounds funny as hell to me.
Jarvan will have a move like Pirate in DotA where he places a flag on them and the enemy is forced to move back to the flag like X Marks the Spot. Quote this shit and ship it.

I tried 6 different builds to jungle with that guy and none of them worked out. However, I’m seeing this crazy influx of people jungling with him with and without Smite, what is the fricken deal. Am I missing something?
