Personally I dont think any one here should be shaming Neo for his matches. I might not like some of the decisions he makes but hes the most consistent Juri out there imo…both games.

Doll that first Vid you posted when Juri would have KO’ed Cody. Why not just use a Switch cancel and deal more damage instead of wasting 2 bars for a super?
Well if Neo didn’t play SFxT for months then I’ll give him some slack. If not…that’s really poor Juri gameplay. Like 1-5 months stuff without adding anything new.
It’d be interesting to see some of your matches. You know, to see this non-5 months old technology you got with Juri.
btw Kasatushi is good but it’s also a very bad habit. Your defense will always suck if you rely on counter/teleport moves to get out of pressure situations. The most important thing when you main a character like Juri is learning how to block mixups and tech throws. Especially in this game.
That’s one of the reasons why I stayed away from Juri for a while. I haven’t dropped her, but she was just getting away with too much in vanilla. 500 dmg AA for 1 bar, jump arc that lets you jump in on people for free, kasatushi to escape 50/50s. Vanilla Juri was so braindead that I didn’t feel like I was improving as a player. I was just getting away with stuff that shouldn’t work against good players.
BTW, my comment wasn’t targeted at Neo. Was targeted at other SSF4 players. I honestly don’t see anything wrong with Neo’s gameplay except he scales some combos at times when he uses boost combos but no one is perfect and that’s something very easily fixed.
Also cruel you are right I screwed up with some decisions in that first video. I bet launching to Bison would of even been a better idea. It’s why I shouldn’t play when I first wake up without coffee lol, one bar swap was the way to go for sure. <_< I also need to stop being lazy and lab up different damage scenarios like that. Thanks for pointing it out!

Using Kasatushi maybe a “bad” habit. That’s what I’m looking for though. Use it to the point where people WANT to make me whiff it or want to throw me. I don’t know how others play Juri but it almost feels like I don’t follow standard procedures like you guys. In AE Neo’s Juri was awesome. I loved it. When SFxT came out I wathced as much as I could from Neo (there wasn’t much at the time). His Juri at the time was wicked good. Fuhajin pressure all day. But in that vid posted recently…I was kinda saddened. Oh well doesn’t matter.
Anyway, when I meant 5 month old tech I’m talking back when SFxT first launched. during that time period it was lots of ABC city. From Mar-July during that time period of discovering new tech.

I normally wouldn’t bother posting this awful match, but it came with some hatemail. Besides as much as I hate mirror matches I’ll take this one, since I know it will be a good match. I hate mirror matches in general regardless if my opponent is good or bad. I’m more or less the same. I don’t like mirror matches like I siad. But I’m willing to make an exception. Of course I can always use my other characters to see your vemonous bite.

Juri in SfxT is brain dead though. Since there are no focus attacks its pretty much chuck plasma until someone takes action…punish…rinse and repeat. I haven’t seen one Juri player I’ve been impressed with…real talk…because theres nothing really smart about the character. She’s very flow charty.<div><br></div><div>And fengshi, you keep talking about Kasatushi’s like they’re godlike…they are good but guy…fuck up one and you literally are taking half health. Just because people let you get away with kasatushi doesn’t mean its a good tactic. Some characters can punish on reaction but the average player just…doesn’t think like that. If I knew I had to play a Juri and I was playing…say…kazuya…I would be thinking of ways to punish them. Can I use one of my EX moves? Can I mist step punish? etc etc etc.</div>
And how can she do 500+ 1 bar off an anti air? I’d like to know this combo please.
