WS is while standing… aka while getting up from crouch. like if u do a low jab, then hit the 2 button and she does the launcher, that is WS 2

first let us see what made her “sucky” in DR
first and foremost tracking. She has no one move that track both ways, and in a heavy movement game such as DR that is seriously gimping any offence you may muster. Sure you may say d4 and foward grabs track both ways, but seriously, d4 is poke damage while risking a launch and unless you have a mixup or a fast break grab (which Lili does not) it will be broken 9 times out of 10.
in BR, while step is generally the same (probably nerfed a bit) everyone including Lili has a homing move that tracks without fail. If they step they either eat it or block it.
she was a 10framer in a game where 8framers can force some pressure by jabbing
now everyones jab (cept ganny and jack) is i10

in BR she got 24 as for her best punisher from i10~i14 if it can reach, 1+2 got a damage buff (IIRC 123 was more damage compared to 1+2, and 12 was like 3pts less), for long range i13 punishment (i.e leo’s df2) f2, f1+2 for +6OC at i14. f4 could be used as a i17 long range punisher (probably to punish stuff like asuka’s b3). her ws punishment got a buff since ws4 now knd for some oki and ws2 being i17. so overall her punishment is above average, but not kaz godly punishment.
her damage was always high and that did not change , but to maximize juggle damage saving b! for the wall is a must. I do feel she has better oki now. complete 50/50 from b! df3+4,3+4_ff3,3+4 enders. or w! f3+4~3,4_bt4,3+4. Also her oki enders is around 2~5 pts less compared to her most damaging ender 323 so you almost always go for oki.
her crushing ability. it got boosted. while her moves are not wtf lars’ uf3 level, they can still be used to install hesitation in your opponents.
I would say the only thing she is lacking is offense. She doesn’t have moves that can really put pressure on the opponent like what steve or law can do. df3, qcf3+4 are good moves but not to their level.
Overall, I would say she rounded out quite nice in BR, although I can argue she was “stronger” in t6.0

Very helpful posting overall, thanks for that one. Could you elaborate on the 50/50 oki you are talking about after juggles? I’m new to Tekken, so everything is still a little bit overwhelming in this game (I really have a hard time learning from vids because I often don’t know what’s going on).

In the vid he used a 1 grab but that was for example because any grab done at w! will change into a wall grab.
after b! df3+4,3+4 its either BT d3 which they have to quickstand and block low or BT1+2 a safe mid launcher
ff3,3+4 its either d4 or df3 i think, but I just usually go for ff stuff. (ff4_3 etc)

after B! df3+4,3+4? BT d3_1+2. BT d4 sometimes if I’m pretty sure there are not lying there since it is safe. BT d3 IS launch punishable but the string can’t be interrupted and BT 1+2 is a safe mid launcher.
after B! ff3,3+4? ff3_4_shenanigans. some timing issues to make the stomp hit if they sideroll.

df1, f1+2, d3 (if they have a meaty ws i13 punisher and don’t want to risk it), qcf3+4.
if you catch them backrolling? no you have to B! earlier by df3+4, bt d1, ws2, f1+2 B!
ahh yeah, that particular combo wouldn’t work in that situation, but basically what I’m saying is yes you can combo reset off a backroll with d/f 3+4, only some combos though.
Regarding 323 after B!, is there a trick to getting the 2nd 3 to connect? I can’t seem to find a way to get it to consistently connect. Usually what ends up happening is i’ll get only get one 3 if I don’t move after B!, but after moving forwards some, the most I can get is 32 and then the last 3 whiffs.
