Can anyone give me a tip on how to get this to fully land?

I can do the whole thing and at first I couldn’t get any of the 323 to land. But I found if I do a little dash forward the 32 will hit but not the final 3.
I’m not sure I understand fully what b! means. I didn’t think it really meant anything that I had to do, just thought it was something that allows for further juggling. So maybe I’m misunderstanding something.
as far as I know B! means bounce, so yes p retty much means you can juggle more. as for the 323 hitting yeah, sometimes I only get the 32 and sometimes I can land the full 323. I think it just depends on how close you can get in when you dash forward?
Lili is generally regarded as upper mid in BR. Her damage is through the roof, certain moves in her arsenal, specifically d/f3+4 got a significant tracking boost from DR, and she’s got a lot more tools to keep the opponent on edge, specifically d+3, the buffed d/f3, and qcf3+4. This in addition to ff+4, which was more or less her only worthwhile low outside d+4. Reggie I’m gonna need some Lili mirror exp, get crackin 
just picked up Lili on a whim… she’s pretty tight… and pretty akin to Lee so i’m transitioning pretty well… i’ll be coming back to this thread for info in the near future… also… her item attack… is penguins!.. that’s unmatchable… E.O.D.

well been using her owver hwo lately. Played a bit of br and liked her then but stuck to hwo. Her damage and move set is out of control so i may main her whenever i decide to take the game online
Ah turns out the Headdress (maid like thing) does have an item move but I had the notification down wrong, it’s d/b1+2 and it does 40 damage and swaps postition with the opponent.
Also found that ws3+4 seems to launch like d/f2
Been using it in this juggle ws3+4,f23,d/f3+4,3+4 for around 70 damage but I’m sure you guys can find a better use for it.

Ah thanks for the combo, but I was thinking about the move where Lili jumps on the opponent’s head and kicks them.
Still that looks pretty cool, haven’t learnt any wall stuff yet apart from that she’s got a throw on wallsplat.
