Tekken Online is still fun as shit for me. Little laggy but…cmon. I’m not elite enough to say that I don’t learn something from playing against non-AI cheapness.

Yes, you totally should. I dunno how good the sticks are, but I haven’t been hearing people complain like they used to. So I imagine it is in better shape now.

No, never play who you like then it comes to vf. I was convinced I wanted to play Akira, and he seems to have the most demanding execution in the game. Play somebody simple to learn the game and then pick somebody you like when you know how to play them.
You can rush down effectively with any of the top 3 and the only one who really needs to turtle to effectively get damage is chun. Even then she can get you in the corner and kara-throw you 4x like that shit is a combo.

So in that SF4 trailer, where Ken was doing a shoryu I guess, I was really really hoping the weird random blackness was going to trail up with him and them WOOOOSH ignite into motherFUCKING SHINRYUKEN!!! I was a little disappointed when it didn’t completely engulf Ryu in a huge epic pillar of flame but that was still pretty cool.
I don’t know what to think about the SF4 trailer… as a graphics guy I was really impressed by the style and animation but as a player I wanted to see some gameplay or at least know whether it was gonna be 2D or not.
Good games to Jason, Josh, and everyone else I played in Marvel last night. It was a lot of fun. Since I paid so much for parking (grossly) I won’t be showing up tonight to play. The sticks on Marvel were a lot better than I thought they’d be. PLEASANT SURPRISE!
Psh. I’ve never paid for parking once in my life when going to gameworks. Then again I don’t have a problem walking to/from a parking spot. And you know, finding them takes determination. I’m cheap though. :bgrin:
