You can’t slide with the Japanese layout. You can, but your wrist is on an angle, in which you can either be inconsistent in what you do or get carpal tunnel from. Trust me… There’s no accurate way to get certain combos out without arcing your wrist on a Japanese layout.

The tournament was pretty hype aside from the few issues. It was fun to go with a full group. And josh that was sick the way you played and got up there.
Sorry it took me so long to post. I ended up with strep throat soon after and was down and out for a bit. Hopefully we can all get together soon for some practice.
And Im looking at hitting grandmasters on june 26th. Big E always runs a good tourney especially his small ones.

Grandmasters is at a gamerdoc in springfield. Small store outside philly. Maybe an hour drive with a 10 venue fee and 10 entry fee. So far the biggest turnout was something around 40 people. Fun small day with lots of local to philly people. Phillyone is there consistently. Seen Dr chaos there before. Baku and I have gone a few times and its a good time overall.
Been trying to get my fightstick 360 compatible. Got the PCB in tonight but for some reason it wasnt getting any power. I gotta go back and try and figure out why next week. Hopefully Ill be able to jump in online soon there as well. Been playing a lot on my PS3. And considering a char switch to one closer to arakune in BB.

Sounds cool man I’d be up for attending sometime cause some smaller tourneys sound good to me lol. I’m not on facebook that often as well though if we could form a solid calender or better plan everything that’d definitely help. Grandmasters sounds good though so since every tourney can’t equal ECT.

I still plan on going to that grandmasters thing in late June…but i know ive said id be at the last two and had to bail, so Im not surprised if no one believes me, lol

things have been really hectic for me since I’m moving out of my apartment next week.
But after that I’ll be back up, and trying to organize some kinda offline thing. So we can all get together.
My new apartment will be a lot smaller then my last one, so i’ll have to see if it’s even feasible for me to have something there.

So i’ve been talking to phatal and satanic about starting up a tourney for the lehigh valley and surrounding areas. Shooting for about 30-40 people the first time, i don’t have a set date just posting to see if you guys would be into it. ill take pics to day and post up on my facebook the pics so you guys can check them out. ill add the link when i get the pictures. If we started tournaments would it be weekly, monthly? Also how are we going to work setups? I do in fact have a projector that I could bring which would help a little, but other than that I have no other TVs.
well we have to figure if its gonna be worth it but i hope to run small ones weekly and one big one at the end of a month. its going to be on ps3 people who bring tv’s,systems and other such will get a discount on the tourney/venue fee. as far as a projector i don’t think we’ll really need it for the first few tourneys if we get enough people we’ll see where it goes from there.
