Is there a reason the guy in that video that trapy posted sometimes does mp,mk, instead of target combo? just wondering
he usually does it after crossups when he thinks he’s too far for sHP to connect
i think he’s right, HP>MK is not going to be affordable 100% of the times when range doesnt allow that, and crossups + sMP’s pushback set you pretty far from the opponent (especially some characters)
there will still be times when even cLK > cLP > sMK > Gek LK could be better than going into cLK > cLP > TC xx Gek LK, if you didnt start the combo close enough and you’re afraid sHP might whiff
and that happens a lot when you need to hitconfirm out of a cLK crouch-tech OS
