That Dude is garbage. As you can see he just mashes buttons. Iâve been playing him since Vanilla. He plays Ken too. All he does is jump hurricane kick to DP, toward and mk, and mash ultra when he has it. Thats been his game plan since Vanilla was released.
Whether he thought it was a cross-up or not, he never tried blocking, he just mashed out DPâs

Edit: also is there a thread that lists exactly what Gen lost/gained in the transition from vanilla to super? i remember reading and adding to a list of changes before Super came out, but now i cannot find it.

O yea, btw, wut did u do to make Rogâs headbutt whiff in 0:29? Or did that always whiff on crouchers? Iâm going to laugh at myself if the latter was true.
i think it just whiffs if you are crouching, depending on your distance from him and the size of your character.

mantis cr.mk makes balrogs ex headbutt whiff if you time it right
I believe I would understand if he was in a low profile, but he was just plain crouch jabbing in crane. When Rog got his headbutt out he was in recovery. Iâm going to hit the lab for that after 2 weeks, when I have time to play PS3.

You have a very nice Gen. Not sure how good the damage is using Gekiro in the FADC combo rather than just using MP, HP, HP Hands. I wasnt aware that you cant cross up after Cr. HK reset. I didnt try that before, so I think I stealing it =P. Overall, pretty solid.
Really nice Gen man. Its good to see him used well.
