Doom’s Photon Array seems to do laughable damage now, even photon shot seems slow and weak.
Yeah, spamming gun is not gonna get us nowhere. Is great to have a WAY better tri-dash than what he had in MVC2 but I just don’t want hs ground game too be hurt that much. I mean, don’t take it the wrong way, I prefer 1000 times more tri-dashing people on this new game than chasing Super Armor Sentinel with 2 crouching shorts all day in MVC2. Not fun.

oooohhhh fuck that’s right. Thanks for the other response too. I was entertaining the idea of a Wesker / Doom / Akuma team. Doom tri-dash will be great with Wesker low assist. Although either Wesker or Akuma will be better on point for that team cause of rocks. It’ll still be nice for Doom to have options whenever I want to break the mold and run him on point. They should all have awesome DHC synergy as well.
Doom will definitely be able to hold his own on point, he’s got air dash, nice range on Photon Shot, could probably even use Hidden Missle to make the opponent block + assists to get in close.
Doom also seems to have another launcher (he says “HIGH KICK” and does a… high kick). I saw it during the stream. I wonder if that has any use.
Seriously, I’m curious, has anyone used his hidden missles assist in any of the videos? I haven’t seen that move used, curious about it’s properties.

that Doom avatar is very nice…I need new avatar too but I would like one with Doom sitting on his throne with his Doombots serving him. I think I’ll mix things up with Doom…I see that he does have crazy rush down game but I like to zone with him as well. once this game finally drops he’ll be the first in the lab.
