Gah sucketh I don’t need a TE one anytime soon. :frowning:

A closer look at the Shadaloo washer (Excuse the mucky fingerprints XD)

Modded stick with the new button inlays. They’re etches with microswitch holders (which are also clear) placed beneath them.

and I tried one out with Black paper behind them:

Of course for if you want them to show up a little better without an LED mod.

Looking really great Fran! Never thought that with paper beneath the inlay the effect is such good!

Shadaloo washer on a stiiiiiick~ <3

you benny you know the clear extended plexi’s…do they have counter sinked holes too?..also r the edges rounded slighty??..how thich r the plexi’s compared to arthongs plexi’s…i brought a plexi from art and it started to warp…( bend) i jus dnt want that to happen again

I’ve had my one from Jochen for a while now and it hasn’t bent at all (Though I’d also like to know about countersinking for my buttom one :3)
The plexis as far as I remember are 2mm for clear and 3mm for coloured.

They are also rounded on the corners

You can find pictures of them if you scroll down the page over Hnyah.

Yo, no problem. Take a look at the pics.

I`ve added an optional webshop item ā€œPlexi Countersinked Holes plus Screwsā€. So just order the countersinked holes in the plexi together with fitting screws.

Okay, some new stuff…

I was asked to do a sort of TE plexi replacement. A TE plexi replacment ā€œreplacesā€ the complete top panel, including the metal plate.
The advantage of a replacement plexi is to make a different button layouts and to mount different stick units like the LS32.

I`ve stumbled upon these issues:

  • Mounting of the (JLF) stick unit
  • Plexi thickness
  • Different Button Layouts.

First the customized mounting plate for the Sanwa JLF Stick unit.

The four inner screw next to the circle are countersinked. The stock screw fits in there. The four outer screws have drilled threads.

You see here the installation of a sega button layout.

Todo : Reduce the size of the stick mounting screw holes.

Available in shop

OH MY GOD JOCHEN! I’m going to nab one of these off you, seriously!

Considered making bezel replacements (Basically, you’ve still got a gap and can see screw holes under the plate. Maybe make a replacement border for underneath) Blah I’ll just email you, give me a sec X3

Wow, this button plexi inlays look awesome!
Just ordered some…

Here’s my finished stick, complete with art and plexi from your site

Hey Ramza126, great video!

Saw this post in the youtube thread

LOL

thers no options on the site for TE Extended CLEAR with countersunk holes…thers only TE extended coloured with countersunk :frowning:

Hey, oh, just order the plexi and order an additional countersunk holes with screw. So I know that you want countersunk plexi. My shop plugin comes to the limits  If you order more than one plexi, just get in touch with me and state on which plexi you want to have the countersunk holes.

No problem, all customizations are possible

Bumping thread. (since you asked so nicely, Jochen :P)

Plexi cases are now available along with options to order arcade parts from here.
Including a Sanwa JLF joystick and Seimitsu PS14-K-N Clear buttons (Email Bencao for other options).

Double Sided plexi cases for use with artwork. Single sided without.
Etching of the cases is also available.

Hey bencao74.

I’d like to ask, if I buy a plexi cut with art - do I get the button inserts for the art also? I’d like to get them.

The cuts from the holes where it’s been cut out for your buttons? So you can put the rest of the art under the buttons?
Last order I placed I got the cuts from the holes so I’d assume so  You’ll just need to cut them down a little so they fit the co-ordinating size of the plunger.

Hey bencao, if you don“t mind, in a few days i“ll pm you the measurements for one custom plexi (for the mayflash/paewang revolution/datel arcade pro)

I guess that would be enough if i scan the original art, right? and another question, you offer laser cut for the stick art?

Edit: Oh, right, and i“ll post pics of the agetec plexi once the mod is done

Hey,

sounds good. Wait until the end of the week. I`ve ordered a protoype. Prehaps you do not have to do the work. But perhaps I need some help
