Q : Okay, I want to this stuff, how to proceed?

          Q : Does the extended size plexi cover the red plastic square?

A : Yes! There no need for the red frame installing a extended size plexi. Check out the black one. :wink:

Q : What is the difference between standard and extended sized plexi?
A : The extended size is standard size plus 7mm on each side.

Q : Does this stuff fit?
A : I`ve made over 5 prototypes to make it fit perfectly. The plexis was proved in size dozen of times. About xx TE are modded now with this plexi and no complaints.

 Q:  Is it easy for me to assemble?                      
 A : Jep, it`s really simple to assemble. And the good thing is that here in SRK is a tutorial about modding TE with plexi replacment. 

                       Q : I'm also interested in hearing what you recommend me to do if I was to fit my own artwork.
 A : Do you know this thread especially about TE Artwork in SRK ;) ? There tons of infos about this.

Q: I don’t know where to print my artwork. Can you make this for me?
A: Jep! Please send me a PDF in the correct size with no spare holes for button, screws, stick and turbo.

**Custom Laser Cut Plexi
==================

**This plexi is for custom arcade stick cases. Whilebuilding my arcade sticks cutting plexis with home equipment is still a bitch. So I went down to a laser cut company and let do the pros this job.

My panel sizes is 28cm x 21cm (11inch x 8.27inch).
Each one is available in 6 and 8 buttons.Thickness is 2mm.

Perfect plexi for perfect arcade stick case ;). The corners are rounded very slightly to 2mm. This is very neat effect and only difficult to achieve with home equipment. All edges are polished. The Button holes are set 30,25mm. This guarantees that the plexi doesn’t break while inserting your buttons (especially screw ins).

Hi Bencao. Dropping by to say that these plexi-panels look really nice, especially the black one! Any problems when installing buttons or joystick with 3mm plexi thickness?

Really looking forward to more information about custom laser cut plexis and dust washers, when can we expect more information regarding these?

No, fits fine. And no problem with the joystick shaft length. It`s only 1mm thicker than the transparent ones. Nevertheless the edges are extra rounded and was polished afterwards. I never expected that the black plexi looks so good, it was a really nice surprice :slight_smile:

I want to fill this stuff in the next two days. Check back :wink:

currently HRAP EX is in work.

But for doing a perfect fitting VSHG plexi I need the stick to give it a try. Perhaps someone can borrow me this stick :slight_smile: ?

I don’t think VSHG plexi will ever be done well. :frowning:

Jep, I had only one time the great honor to dual mod this great stick. Problem here is that my plexi thickness is limited to 2mm. Makrolon is possible, too. Minimum thickness is here 1mm, but this stuff will be countersinked. And polishing the makrolon edges is difficult. I’ll keep you informed.
