Them pretty much fixing everything about the game except for the horrible netcode and the shitty engine (two things that will never change) convinced me that the game can never be good. It’s not even fun beating up scrubs because, well, the game is scrubby as hell.
Also lol @ changing every P to 16 frames.
Let me know when there’s not 6 frames of natural lag on shifting between low guard and high guard.

I read the first page, then I read the last page…they really fucked this up. Man, that was looking pretty promising too.
They could’ve just left it alone. Even Rumble Fighter was better than this…
So yeah…good riddance.
This is what happens when you try too hard to put in stupid things that the scrubs want (like that ridiculous hero stuff). The masses will always leave after they lose initial interest and if you pissed off the hardcore dedicated too much, you’ve got nothing.
It’s too bad. If they’d just kept going in the direction they had originally with the game, (and if GGPO didn’t exist 
) it would’ve been awesome. I’d always wanted to play a fighting game where you chose a “style” rather than a character and just customized the character yourself. The game itself has to be good though and this wasn’t.
