When did you start playing on the Myoungshin? The rubber pad inside the stick is usually a bit stiff, you have to play on it a lot, so the rubber will loosen. When i recieved my Korean stick, I also felt that my myoungshin was a bit too stiff. But the rubber pad became a bit loose, after a month or two. Also, i didnt know how to use a stick, so it was harder to move it. But now, i’ve developed my muscles, after lots of wavedashing, so it became easier to move I kind of got used to it.

You could get the crown, but I’d rather get used to the Myoungshin first. The stiffness difference between the cwl303 and the myoungshin isn’t that big, either. They are both quite soft.
I, personally, actually want to get the Taeyoung Fanta, because of the bigger diagonal range and the hard stiffness. That’s probably a stick that going to take a while to break in.

Ok cool Ill stick with it for a while and try to work it out. I was playing with it last night and it seems like it could loosen up.

In my next mod Ill probably use the cwl303.

Another thing that could be throwing me off is all this inconsistent online play too lol. Thanks DeTrum.

No problem It’s a good idea to get the cwl303, if you’re going to mod again.

I bought a low stiffness myoungshin fanta 5 month ago but its still very stiff… im playin a lot but it dont get better… dunno why?? Also the stick started to squeak a lot… what should i do?

It took a good long while to break in my first Taeyoung Fanta so don’t be surprised buuuut once you break it in it gets soooo nice.
On my second stick purchase. I left the old stick in my stick case and in between matches I would spin the new stick in circles in my hands while I watched other matches. lol pretty extreme but I broke mah shit in.

Hey I’ve been thinking of buying the wooden korean stick for PS3 from etokki and wondering if anyone has successfully replaced the pcb in it with the “Joytron Paewang revolution” pcb that makes it suitable for ps3/xbox/pc. I’ve been reading the thread from the start and I know the button holes are too small for sanwas but can the original stick be replaced with a sanwa stick aswell?

Is the button layout on the saulabi the same as the wooden k-stick on etokki and what is the weight of both sticks?

wondering how much a korean stick would cost with shipping. both options if possible

parts or already built.

i’m new playing with sticks and am a tekken player but have been trying to get into mvc3 since it was released.
