Most commercial arcade sticks should fit most Crown JP mounted levers just fine. The Panthera worked with my 309MJ easily. Never tried putting a 307 but should be ok.
Makestick Pro has a Vewlix varient too.

I use Gamerfinger buttons and the Matte Hori buttons, how are crown buttons? Never used em, considering picking up some just to try em out.
Anyone know how much tension the Myoungshin grommet is?
Also, does anybody know the name of the screws that mount the joystick mounting plate to the case, I canāt seem to find the name of the screw let alone anybody who sells them.
I am not a fan of Crown buttons. They feel like incredibly cheap plastic, theyāre annoying to install (theyāre 28mm and almost every case youāre likely to find is probably size for 30mm buttons) and theyāre a PITA to wire up. To elaborate on the last point Crown, as far as I know, doesnāt make a single button that will actually work well with standard quick disconnects. The CWB203A has these really flimsy pins while the CWB203C can only be soldered to. If they actually felt decent to play on I would say whatever and let something like that slide but when the buttons feel as cheap as they do and require a specially built case to install correctly itās not worth it. To put this another way, thereās a good reason why more recent versions of the eTokki Korean Omni stick use Sanwa buttons over Crowns.
That depends on random chance. And theyāre M4 screws iirc. Crown buttons are kinda wack if ya ask me. Iād rather have the Seimitsu PS-14-Gās.
Aāight cool, never tried them and I was just curious. Thanks.
Just got my Fujin lever and noticed that the top doesnāt seem to be fully inserted. Itās really hard to loosen or tighten it. Hands not strong enough and get slippery when trying to do something with it. Used heavy pliers and slightly scratched the shaft.
How the hell can I fix this? Itās possible that itās held with epoxy but damn it aināt fully screwed in. Maybe thatās how it is and I should leave it be.
Mine will be in next week most likely, if its not fixed by then ill tell you my experience with mine.
Kkolding on Twitter told me that his Fujin has the same exact trait as mine so itās an intended design. Donāt try to tighten or loosen it! I was sweating for a moment but it turns out to be normal. Now I got a non-destructive scratch on the shaft that I created which I donāt mind.
Damn, that kinda worries me though because I intended on taking it apart and anodizing the metal to be black. Guess that means I cant -_-
It looks, from the photograph, more like an unintended but also not correctable design issue as it looks like the shaft is screwed into the bat top as far as it will go. In short it seems like whoever designed the bat top didnāt make the hole where the shaft screws in deep enough. I might, if it ever loosens up on you, recommend some loctite.
Iām buying a MadCatz Super Street Fighter TE-S and I need some help. Iām buying the 309MJ but I do eventually want to try out the Myoungshin. My plan is to buy a 35mm step drill and cut the metal panel and plexi. Does anyone have any advice on cutting the plexi and metal panel?
When should I replace the grommet in a crown stick?
are these crown60A rubbers super stiff . iāve read some people have bought them and gone back to the original light crown instead saying it was unplayable . https://www.focusattack.com/60a-shore-rubber-grommet-for-crown-303-fk-307/
If itās rated at 60 itās going to be pretty stiff but obviously them going back was just a preference thing. How stiff would you want your stick? Some people deem these sticks unplayable but some prefer it that way and canāt go back.
Iāve had a ton of grommets and Iāve never replaced any. If you prefer a brand new feel you can get one but that doesnāt last long and doesnāt seem to be an intended aspect of the stick. If itās too loose try starting with a grommet thatās a bit too tight to begin with and it should soften to your liking.
The only rubber ive ever thought that was really unplayable , when i bought 1 Hard stiffness myoungshin rubber off laugh back in 2011 .
I must be the only person who got the 60a shore grommet and felt like it still wasnāt enough. Maybe mine was weak? Either way, the 303 that I bought actually came with a silicone grommet. From what I read, those are high in tension also.
Had me all kinds of confused.
I just had a Kaze, HelpMe, Fujin 2, and Airbag show up in the mail today :). Lets see which I like the most.
