Korean arcade parts discussion

Thx man…you’re a lifesaver

Good review video.
If the 309MJ’s ever hit focusattack.com i’ll be buying one. I have a tendency to order multiple sticks, springs, actuators, buttons, restrictors, plates, and various things from them B)

Hopefully sooner since buying from makestick site the cost for it plus 60a grommet and black battop cost me 48 bucks

Thanks for this video :#

does a myoungshin battop/shaft fit into the flf?

@istmall is there any update or progress on the infiltration lever sdl 301 on whether it will be released and if so will you be selling it?

Yes.

Yeah I wonder too. Hopefully it’s not too expensive but the prototype seems to say otherwise. With the Razer Panthera announced, Crown has to get em out soon.

I been searching for Fujin 2’s for over 2 months and finally Rohan from ISTmall hooked me up supremely! great guy and great company, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I just purchased the Kaze lever and a myoungshin fanta from them today to add too my Korean lever collection. I got them from www.makestick.com it’s a US website for ISTmall but a smaller version. Items still ships from Korea though, so expect high shipping prices.

I chopped off the collar portion and added in an mounting bracket that came with my Crown 303, fits perfectly in my VLX now. I tried putting the Fujin2 in my MDF case but the tension is so high on it that it basically moves the stick around when playing on it, you need a heavy case for this beast since the tension is at least 3 times heavier than an airbag lever.

@CaliburX Nice dude! Glad that Rohan at @istmall helped out but I am sorta surprised that it’s not sold at both stores. It might be because it’s a limited item from the person who makes them. I just want that clear top damn it!

ISTmall doesn’t sell them. Rohan went out of his way and made a special order for me by contacting one of the suppliers who sells them.

I like how the semi-clear bat top looks also but it sits kinda high for my small hands, maybe they didn’t screw it in all the way or something but it’s a couple millimeters higher than the bat top that came with my airbag lever.

good luck on finding one bro, it’s def worth it if you can get one.

Does the Kaze lever have the same rubber grommet found in the airbag? and if so are there any other differences between the two? the makestick.com website doesn’t go into detail very much.

Just got my Kaze lever and I can technically say yes because they are shaped like the Myoungshin grommet. The Kaze lever grommet has one specific trait: there are 3 small pin sized holes on each end. Dunno why.

Also to @istmall, the Kaze lever’s shaft touches the Makestick Pro’s bottom metal plate if slightly pushed downward. I mounted it with the plexi block I got with the 309 Helpme back in July. It created an apparent mark on the plate. I will see if I can compensate with the FLF shaft or a normal Myoungshin shaft. But for V3, hopefully the shaft is smaller in height to fit on thinner sticks.

EDIT: The FLF and Myoungshin shafts work but it makes the tension a bit looser than stock. It seems that the Kaze lever shaft (which the bat top is glued onto) is contributing to the stiffness.

EDIT 2: Instead of using the plexi block, I had a spare mounting plate from a Crown lever and stacked onto it. It does solve my original problem. The placement of the lever is higher than I usually want but it’s definitely better to work with.

According to our sales manager, Crown is still under progress on the lever you’ve mentioned previously and yes we will start the sales as it’s released.
Please allow them more time to finish their progress. Additionally, just make sure that if you want to get a quick response, please contact me at rohan_sung@outlook.com so I can get in touch with you.
Thank you

I’m really glad that we have a dedicated tester providing us feedbacks for improvement of our product.
IST and KAZE will certainly apply your opinions and feedbacks to make it better.
Much thanks.

Oh for sure. I will be doing a more detailed review on IPLAYWINNER sometime soon. Hope you got my email!

By the way just to avoid clutter, always remove the images when quoting. It should be the small cog gear on the top right of your post where you can edit it.

Does anyone have measurements for the dustwashers that come with japanese mountable crown levers? Mainly wondering about the inner diameter (hole that the shaft goes through) and outer diameter (diameter of the entire dustwasher). thanks

It’s exactly same size with dustwasher comes with Sanwa levers, which is:
-inner diametre: 1cm
-outer diametre: 4.8cm

Thanks for your advise and I’ll be more careful not posing of whole image in next time.

Pretty sure those holes are to reduce tension while still keeping its original elasticity, that’s pretty smart.

Which is sort of funny since it’s supposed be based on the Taeyoung Fanta, designed to have harder tension. The shaft+top actually contributes to the tension. I guess Kaze thought it was too hard.
