I didnāt feel that any were particularly better than the rest, they all felt very similar. Which is a given because theyāre all revisions of the same stick. Helpme likes the v3 the most of course, and Iām quite partial to the kaze mod too. I do like the panasonic switches on the v2 though, and swapping the up switch isnāt a particularly difficult mod.
Yours is likely a v2 if it has Panasonic switches. I think the Helpme levers originally had red handles and then they swapped to purple after the v2s came out, so you can get v2s and v3s in purple. Iām not sure if youāll be able to buy specific versions easily if you donāt live in/have a friend in Korea though.
Hmm Interesting, Since I just recently bought the kaze lever I can just switch the microswitches from it to the help me lever which then would make it like the Helpme lever kaze modded 309. Yes they are really pretty in purple, btw for some reason thereās one in blue, A few days ago Qudans mentioned on his stream heās using a blue help me lever kaze modded, it looks really nice.
@stringfellow your best bet would be with a razer panthera:). Te2ās are too expensive and they donāt like ufbs with k-sticks. Etokki omni is the other but unless you get the spare Japanese plexi glass you canāt use the dust washer. M4 crews are too long if you use Japanese mounting plate so youāll need shorter ones or just use washers. Other solution would be to swap mounting plate for korean one. The price between the panthera and omni is pretty close.
Hi guys. Iām new to Korean sticks, and I recently got an eTokki Omni.
Iām loving it so far, but after a few days of intensive play I think Iāve broken in the stick and it feels a bit too light now? Itās at the point where I have to consciously control my hand or I end up making unnecessary movement like pulling/pushing the stick all the way to the collar.
Anyways, I was wondering how long do rubber grommets typically last? I feel like if I broke it in that fast then not that long?
Also would switching to that medium grommet that eTokki sells might remedy my complaint?
Just got my Panthera in today. Planning to drill a 35mm in it and put a Taeyoung Fanta in it (which is still in shipping). Anything I should know before I do it?
Just put together my golden crown mod in my panzer 3! Went with the green groument, hevey spring and largest actuator! I also picked up A3s I just dropped in. I havenāt played yet but I will give my two cents on it. I must say it feels amazing, night and day difference from stock! Hereās a pic.

is the golden crown going to be avaiable for retail soon? also does anyone have experience with the Infiltration K stick? I got a razer panthera so i know i have the space, but im torn between the Infil K stick and the Crown CWL-309MJ. The only review i saw for the Infil K stick didnt speak highly of it when it comes to 3-d movement games. But its literally the only review, on the demo unit which is different than the retail version. anyone wanna help
Got my Fusion V2 yesterday spent a solid 5-6 hours with it and cant really see why its so popular tried a fanta soft rubber with it still not to my liking. Going back to my golden fanta also paid £100 in total for that lever jeeez
It might sound weird, but overnight the stick has become a little more stiff and precise. Maybe it took time for the grommet and spring to settle properly.
In crown sticks a lot of people noticed that the force required to actuate different directions is not uniform. And itās not only about diagonal vs single direction but āleft vs right and up vs downā. I had the same issue myself. It looks that the kit fixed the problem. All directions feel springy and uniform.
Waiting for Panasonic AM5s to arrive for my next round of feedback.
Sidenote: The only negative is the size of the dust cover. It would be perfect to cover the neck of a 309-help me, but itās kind of small if mounted as standard japanese-stick dust cover.
thank you for your time sharing your experience. I hope the uniqe āgearā shapped grommets distribute the tension evenly, especially for diagonals.
in your setup (clear grommet + 1mm spring) does make the spring more dominant, this is new taste for korean stick, what do you feel after trying this, can you share the advantages or disadvantages about this setup?
I really appreciate your tought. thank you.
Iād give it a bit more time the fujin v2 is definitely my favorite korean lever Iāve used. The stiffness takes a bit of getting used to but it feels far more responsive than both the taeyoung and myoungshin which Iāve used previously.
Diagonals in particular feel a lot cleaner. With the taeyoung I found I basically always had to hit the gate. I still do with the fujin but donāt need to. Certain things are much easier though like getting ws moves out of qcf crouch dash. With the taeyoung Iād sometimes get a f when releasing d/f but I can get a clean d, d/f everytime with the fujin.
Also I recognise your name from T7 ranked/ playermatches, small world lol.
Wow , I didnāt get all this when I ordered my Golden Fanta. This your answer with that octogate idea I had for ya? Your getting better & better. Plus what is that 3rd shaft? I only gotten 2shafts and if I recall you just made that actuator. No signs of a octogate yet? Keep up the good work.
@vash254 infiltration lever works very well with tekken . There was a mistake with my order so I didnāt end up getting the circle gate but Iām sure that the lever will be even better once itās installed. Very hard to miss diagonal and kbd is a breeze.
@Rokwho thatās unfortunate that you didnāt like it. What is it that you donāt like about the fujin? Stiffness? Super short throw? The more and more I use it i find doing instant run with Dragunov Dragunov to be a little inconsistent because the switches are much closer together. Been playing mishimas a ton lately and out of my taeyoung, myoungshin, 309mj, infiltration, fujin i find speed in general plus CD to be fastest with fujin. Damn 100euros is a lot mine was about 100cad.
my main problem with the fujin is the grommit i cant stand heavy grommits because i main mishimaās and spend a considerable amount of hours playing and over time my hands suffer i also dont ride the gate but its still to stiff that being said im giving it another shot with the softer fanta grommit
see how it goes every thing else is fine with it
just got my 309mj but they forgot to send me the conversion harness lol. I still put it in my stick just to see how it feels and Iām happy with it. hopefully Iāll feel the same when I can actually use it with a game, canāt wait.
