so one of the schools i’m teaching at is more or less making me teach in this afterschool program from 5-7 everyday, but i’m gonna be getting at least 20k/hr for it since it’s OT. do you think the extra 800k/month is worth it? a 50 hr week seems kinda killer even though i’m only actually working about 30 hrs.
and shit i wish the won was still at 930/dollar. at money exchange do the exchange rates they give you go both ways? bcuz like most places are giving around 1250KRW for a dollar which sucks if you want KRW, but if you’re converting into $$$ to send money then that’s kinda awesome

The won rate is supposed to be around 1250-1280 not 1300.
I remember when I first got to Korea it was crazy how the won rate was 900 to a dollar. You basically had 100 won = 100 cents. <— Captain obvious statement.

so really consider Gmarket. i bought a nice big flatpanel monitor for 150 but sadly, i didn’t realize i needed it to be compatible with my laptop so i don’t support the resolution haha. i’m not even using like 1.5 inches on both sides of it. but still
