the most popular hip hop club in hongdae is Noise Basement. that place’s always packed like sardines in a can everyday of the week, and there are pushing and shoving everywhere. you’re guaranteed to grind with tons of chick there if you stay on the dance floor long enough. for electro club in hongdae, M2 is the popular one. club mass at kangnam station got lots of hot chicks on the weekend too. i was there on new year eve and saw tons of korean ballers grinding bitches to electro music. you can also try the booking clubs, it’s more expensive but they bring chicks to your table and shit. korean clubs open till 6am so you can catch the train home in the morning or hang out at a pc bang or something lol.

nah man i’m just an asian guy who travel to seoul for a month. most of the popular clubs in seoul play electro music nowadays. girls are much easier there than in vancouver. if you want to bang the upper echelon chicks, try the hotel booking clubs. there are like celebrities and room salon bitches there. you can go with a korean friend i guess, but i don’t think you can do that on a meager public school teacher income haha…

meh, I’m in the countryside right now… trying out every kind of seafood that exists. DAMN those raw soy sauce marinated crabs are awesome! I think I’ll be in seoul either thursday or friday for about a week… in sacheon at the moment, going to jinju tomorrow.
the arcade with 3s is called joyland plaza and its in apgujeong. to get there, you go on line 3 and get off at apgujeong stn (same line as nambu bus terminal) and go out the exit that heads toward galleria dept store. sorry i can’t remember the exit number off the top of my head but there should be two exits that go that way.
anyway, you have to walk for about 10-15 minutes. you’ll cross one major street and pass by rodeo (famous street in apgu with a big sign) and eventually see galleria dept store. across the street from galleria, near the bus stop, you’ll see a 7-11 on the corner of a small street. you turn in on this street and you’ll see i think a chinese restaurant on the right and italian place or something on the left. right past the chinese restaurant, you’ll see a hair salon. joyland plaza is on the 2nd floor above the hair salon.
i haven’t been there in quite some time (last time was when laugh was there) but usually, there’s no sf4 competition there and i imagine there’s no 3s comp either. its mostly an arcade for music games and tekken (of course)
when laugh went though, there were a lot of people, but i think he might have organized a gathering there. would probably be better than isu for a gathering since its most spacious around the sf4 machine (kinda like noryangjin) but yeah, no comp there.
thurst, me and jeff are meeting at isu tomorrow at 1pm for lunch together and then we’re gonna head out to go SHOPPING. my friends are also having mexican food and 2000 won margaritas somewhere too and we got an invite. they’re LEAVING my city at 1 so they’ll get there around 2:30. we can join them or do our own thing. no cute girls haha actually one is HITTABLE if she’s your type but she isn’t mine or jeff’s and the other is non hittable no matter how you think about it. so give me a call in the morning after 10am if you decide to come! cheap shirts and cheap fun awaits! also, TONS of cute girls we can scope out. i wanna buy some gay looking polos cuz i like being able to wear whatever the fuck i want without people making fun of me HAHAHA

yongsan is the place where all of the electronics shit and stuff is right? would you guys advise i hit that place up for a camera or would it be better to just cop something online or at like hi-mart (local electronic store)? mind you, i’m not looking for some super crazy camera, just some simple shit that i can snap touristy photos and possibly a little video for some sexcapades—errr don’t mind that last part…but yeah just some random photos of shit. like i have a 5MP camera, but it’s hella old and mad thick.

i believe joyplaza also has virtua tennis although i don’t know which version. weren’t there like 3 of them? i played one of them on dc for awhile but i wasn’t exactly great.
yongsan is a good place for electronics, but the sort of deal you get can vary alot depending on the vendor. i always go with my girlfriend so she can talk for me cause i don’t trust my korean enough not to get ripped off.
