i heard some people say You Could get the game this week if you pre-ordered it from gamestop unless you can’t get it until next week

because every other store’s website has 7/28 as the release date
but gamestop told me they would have the game on 7/24 and ready to sell it
but as always they urged me to reserve saying that they might not have enough extra copies
Wow, what the heck, I just preordered today thinking it would be coming the 28th. Hope they ordered a copy for me as I have been shafted more than once by gamestop not carrying games it should.
My local gamestop said it would be ready to sell by either the 24th or 27th…
is it too late to preorder?
Yup I can confim, the store manager at my local store knows I’m a KOF player and he told me they were going to have the game this week.

Honestly think I should start pre-ordering from the states, does anybody know if you get a tariff for the shipping? Save more than $10 paying USD instead.
yeah you do get a small tariff. But even if you ship it will come the same day as if you buy it locally man. Best case scenario is you hop the border this weekend and see if anyone has it there.
Get some beer and wings while you’re down in buffalo. PLUS it’s only a 2 hour drive and gas is cheaper down there lol.
Well the news from Atlanta is that they actually got 3 copies already… 3… somehow, but they are for pre-order dibs.
No sir. You can pre order the night before, and you can even pre order the morning of before it gets there lol. (Those pre orders don’t guarantee copies, however, but claims any extras that weren’t.)
It’s funny how you guys get extras, here we get exactly what is pre-ordered. Stupid, no?
Its dumb…but you also have to think of how popular your local gamestop is…maybe they donr get tons of business, so they only need whats pre-ordered, maybe they have a ton of buyers nad the fighter game community is locally big there, so they order more, who knows. 
Actually, all of our EBGames are the same in Toronto. Unless the game is deemed triple A, chances of getting the game you want at launch without a pre-order from EBs is slim to none. You have to go to the smaller chains which typically get more copies of a game than any 1 branch at EBs. As far as I know Canada doesn’t have Gamestop but it’s essentially the same company.
Canada has Gamestop, I was just there yesterday! But XIII is right, if you don’t pre-order at a local EB they have very few copies of games that are not A-listed.
my distributer once again told me to call back tomorrow for the game…so another gruling day to dreg through till i hopefully get my game tomorrow
